Well, it depends; was the ass book solely about the typical tight, female ass, or was it about asses of all shapes and sizes? No no, Im not saying harassment is the same as passion. Im just saying its pretty weird for Jim Sterling of ALL people to call "THE GAMERS" pathetic weird boys for being concerned with video game asses, when they are a contributing author to an entire book solely about video game asses.
Because I think that's the difference. It's not about advocating that videogame characters can't be sexy, it's about not letting 'sexy' be dictated by one group of people (and then have that apply to only the women). And in the case of this video, not letting one group of people dictate how women should look in a videogame (or in real life for that matter). Not that having a female look like a porcelain doll is bad, but that demanding every female character look like one is.
And in Aloy's case it's even more ridiculous since she looks far more attractive in Forbidden West then she did in Zero Dawn, but because of one awkward screenshot and microscopic hairs the usual people were immediately crying conspiracy 'They're making our women ugly on purpose!' And yeah, that was rather pathetic, especially in this case.
