I would.

But bear in mind that Tankies have a point of principle. Trumpers will just say and do whatever they think is good for Trump.

Like Tucker Carlson, who talks up Putin one day and the next day, post-invasion, condemns him.
Well, I would say that many Trumpers believe in the 'if you can take it, its yours' mentality. Russia is just doing what they want to do

What I am saying is that if you help the west, or even trade with the west you get a higher quality of life, if you don't, and side with the USSR, or Russia or China today your economic growth will be slower, despite the fact that Russia had a head start on the US since Kievan Rus. What does that say about autocratic countries; they aren't good places to live, they aren't good places to be or ally with, so therefore they aren't morally good.

How come China is rich; because of the west, how come Israel is rich, and Syria is poor because one-sided with the USSR, and the other didn't. How come Venezuela which has more natural resources than Chile is poor while Chile is better off, it's because they sided with Russia, and adopted Russia's ways. What does that say about Russia?

Also, we should do a no-fly zone, and I would argue we could get away with helping Ukraine with ground troops as long as we don't
invade Russia or Belarus proper like China, and the USSR did the Korean war where there was even less hesitancy with using nukes, yet no one got nuked. Not China, not the US, and not the USSR.
I do not think China is rich from the West. I think China is incredibly good at gaming/ min-maxing Capitalism, way better than the US, who doesnt really understand Capitalism at all

China is rich due to West -> East trade with countries like China.

This is what a hero looks like not Trump, not Tucker, not Biden, not Pence, not even Obama. This is what a hero does.

I feel like it's a cool day in hell because these last few weeks I've been agreeing with Vaush on a lot of the things he's been saying about this topic.

At long last, the international community has decided to bar several Russian banks from SWIFT (the main system worldwide for facilitating international payments; without it, any international purchases or sales-- even everyday, run-of-the-mill ones-- take additional time and possibly incur additional charges). They've also frozen the assets of the Central Bank of Russia, which means it cannot liquidate them.

The measures are estimated to lock Putin's government out of approximately 630 billion dollars in international financial reserves. Plus, of course, it'll have a ruinous effect on the rouble itself, which was already performing like shit. It's recognised as one of the most severe sanctions possible.

Man, I'm getting some serious flashbacks to 2002/3

No. We read. We just dont agree with you. You making about as much sense as Bush did before Iraq
If that were the case, you'd make objections that make sense instead of ones I can perfectly well reply to by quoting myself.

If you read the whole Twitter thread, apparently a bunch of Nigerians were denied access to the border of Poland. I've heard mixed things of whether this being Ukraine or Poland's fault. I think it's important to bring this to attention.
Poland's strategy for the last year's refugee crisis was to close borders, on the rationale that refugees(in that case, many from the middle eastern countries) should receive help in the first country they escape to. And that they were already secure in Belarus, which allegedly orchestrated whole new migration route.
That is of course the official justifiation, but for the interior use, the goverment wasn't shy of anti-muslim propaganda, highlighting some of the problems with integration in the west.
When in comes to Ukrainian refugees, the rationale is that Poland is the first country on their path, and that the situation is more dire and urgent. This of course doesn't excuse turning people that don't look "ukrainian enough" away.
So yeah, it's Racism, but it's also racism.

No. They make sense. Yours makes sense too. I just am not interested in kowtowing to any massive government just because they threatened you.

It's like this is the first time you've been threatened by a superpower before. When a superpower threatens you, it just means they want something for free. It doesn't matter if it's Russia, the US, India, Brazil or China. Because they all do it

This is huge military victory, probably gives the capital more time. Also I believe this was the attack that killed the Chechen general.

Your own government should receive this treatment for what it has done in Iraq, Afghanistan
As should mine for a much longer list

Supporting this is just cheerleading for United States global hegemony.
