This is why I tire of games that are released buggy, unfinished, or missing basic common/standard features. I've noticed this has been a running thing lady with games released in late 2010s and early 2020s where the new game plus doesn't come out till later. As much as I like the new God of War game, even it had this problem. I basically didn't play it again until after the update came out.
