I don't care much for CoD, but I am unreasonably upset the new one is named Black Ops 6 and not Black Ops ||||||
Why would it be named that?I don't care much for CoD, but I am unreasonably upset the new one is named Black Ops 6 and not Black Ops ||||||
Why wouldn't it be named that? That name would be so much better then the number 6.Why would it be named that?
The previous games were named Black Ops, Black Ops II, Black Ops III, Black Ops 4 and Black Ops Cold War. So at least there's a trend to be continued. Why would it be named that?
Until Cold War the logo had a trend of adding an extra Roman numeral I for every game, even for 4Why would it be named that?
Amusing as it sounds, I doubt they would have done that. They would've stuck with the roman numeral V and add I.Until Cold War the logo had a trend of adding an extra Roman numeral I for every game, even for 4

Would've been funnier if they just kept adding more I's
That would just show how boring they are.Amusing as it sounds, I doubt they would have done that. They would've stuck with the roman numeral V and add I.
Agreed. COD is boring, and only further proves my point. That would just show how boring they are.
Well because 6 vertical lines isn't anything in any common numbering system, even a tally would have one diagonal for 5.Why wouldn't it be named that? That name would be so much better then the number 6.
Oh, I see now!Until Cold War the logo had a trend of adding an extra Roman numeral I for every game, even for 4

Yeah, you just toss 2 extra lines on the sides of that, it would look fine.Well because 6 vertical lines isn't anything in any common numbering system, even a tally would have one diagonal for 5.
Oh, I see now!
It takes away their self-perceived specialness, and their ability to tell others "you'll never know, you weren't there like I was".The people hating on remakes, because they love their precious originals so much is ridiculous.
Yes. It's that sense of self-proclaimed entitlement and elitism I can't stand. Which people like Yahtzee have been doing, so ain't he sliding out of that one either and is just as responsible with his known echo chamber. Hating on and looking down upon, because the person didn't happen to be born in the same era/decade as the people who played these games were kids, teens, or early 20s somethings. Fuck all of them for this attitude. It takes away their self-perceived specialness, and their ability to tell others "you'll never know, you weren't there like I was".
Shows how little you know, and you don't even know what the fuck you want. FTR, The original RE3 wasn't as randomized with Nemesis as much as you or most people thought. Most of his encounters are scripted, but they're scripted events are just randomized at certain segments. Also, RE2R and RE4R don't have that many scripted events. RE3R Does have a few more, but it's not the exaction haters make it out to be. Cap knows what they're doing, you're just never happy and it's never enough. You want camera angles that badly? Go to indie. You are not hurting for options. You just don't wanna look. Hop to it.I don't even want a new Dino Crisis anymore. I know that it would be as scripted and linear as Resident Evil 6, 7 and 8, and probably in first person view too, to reduce costs. The tired over the shoulder perspective wouldn't excite me either. They would need to put in so many dinosaurs for that overpowering perspective that it wouldn't even be survival horror anymore. Oh, and Regina would just wear the safe jeans and tank top.
Of course the RE2 and RE4 remakes don't have that many scripted events. The basis for everything was already in the original versions, the design already proven by sales, meaning less risk for the publisher. When they have to take more risks in original games, the design becomes more linear and scripted, with more hand-holding. Shows you never pay attention to the arguments.Shows how little you know, and you don't even know what the fuck you want. I do pay attention to your arguments. I just stopped giving a fuck over your petty and dumb reasons A long time ago. By the way you have your camera angles, so take them or leave them. Yes, so you don't have options with that mountains of games I provided to you. If you don't like those then that's a you problem. We are done here and deal with it.Of course the RE2 and RE4 remakes don't have that many scripted events. Games don't expire, you can always play it yourself. It takes away their self-perceived specialness, and their ability to tell others "you'll never know, you weren't there like I was".
