Hmm, after GR2... I don't know. I really like the first one, but the sequel kinda sucked.Gravity Rush 3 would be great too.

I know, hence why they could fix their mistakes with the third game. I'm not begging for it, but if it happens, i'm not gonna complain. I already have something better on the horizon.Hmm, after GR2... I don't know. I really like the first one, but the sequel kinda sucked.
"You were good, son. Real good. Maybe even the best."Goodbye Team Fortress. You are the greatest of all time. TF2 is actually still going, this is more my personal farewell.
Because someone or several people at the top bought into the infinite growth/revenue fairy tale like a lot of the other rich jackasses. This makes me question why the Singapore government decided to work with them in the first place.
This is like the basic 101 for any project deliverables. You want your thing to be a real headturner and pique people's interest.“I don’t know about you, but when I heard the concept of the game I was like, ‘Oh my God I want to go be Storm in a game, I want to go be Doctor Strange in a game. I want to be those heroes in the game, that sounds awesome.’ And of course my mind immediately leapt to all the cool possibilities you could have with that. That’s what I think will pull people in as well too. If we’ve done our jobs well, they’ll love what they play and they’ll want to play some more.”
This is like……actually I cannot think of an analogy for this. It’s so damn stupid.Jets owner Woody Johnson nixed trade for Jerry Jeudy over 'Madden' rating: Report

Not that I give a shit about NFL anymore and the Madden series can go fuck itself, but who in the right mind does this?
There seem to be a lot of developers who need to be reminded of this. They seem to think "If we just clone X, then X's audience will come to us".Marvel Rivals Dev Says Hero Shooters Need a Really Strong Hook to Convince Fans to Ditch the Game They’re Already Playing - IGN
The director of Marvel Rivals has discussed the difficulty of successfully entering the packed hero shooter market, pointing to failures like Concord as evidence of the increasing need to have a strong hook that helps convince players to ditch the game they're already invested in for something new.www.ign.com

It's quite saddening that such basic principle is being forgotten. Particularly for that OTHER HERO SHOOTER which completely ditched it and was hostile towards critics and reception
It's funny how most of the indies chose to do the opposite of AAAs, or makes their games at least fun, if doing a clone, and always come out on top. They seem to think "If we just clone X, then X's audience will come to us".
It is easy to say this when your hero shooter clone is piggybacking off the most popular characters in nerd history. Concord would have been fine if it was pokemon based or some shit too. There seem to be a lot of developers who need to be reminded of this. Possibly. Rivals seems to be doing well, and granted I haven't played it, but after a look around, I'm having a hard time pinning down what it does to really differentiate itself other than featuring Marvel characters. Maybe that's enough of a hook to give it legs, but I dunno, seems kinda shaky ground. Guess time will tell.It is easy to say this when your hero shooter clone is piggybacking off the most popular characters in nerd history. To quote Pat: "This game is as closest we're gonna get to Anarchy Reigns 2 or Marvel vs Capcom 4 (for now)". The battle passes are forever and not on any limited time.
