Turns out the AC Shadows delay date is the anniversary of one of the most horrific events in Japan

I mean they clearly don’t give a shit about quality of their games, or doing a basic research to avoid historic inaccuracy, so I guess this really isn’t surprising.

This is already old news. I am not here to defend Ubisoft, but there no way any person could account for that date, unless they're Japanese themselves. It's not intentional on Ubisoft's part, but they're not gonna give a damn.

Looks neat, but I don't know if I could bring myself to play it without a light gun. Maybe a VR version?
You can use a playstation move for the playstation versions of both games. If you are on PC, you can get a light gun with a I.R sensors. That is a more complicated set up though.

X to doubt.
They either will or won't. I honestly don't care right now. Especially like all those dumb theory videos from now or when last time the Switch was called the NX, and everyone and their grandmother had "theories", or a hot scoop when the system would be announced and launched. It's one of the reasons why I unsubscribed from GameXplain. That and their reviewers were becoming asses (still are) and couldn't review the back of a video game box.

Would be about time tho. The rumor mill is honestly getting annoying. Anyway, mostly interested in price, backwards compatibility yes/no, and Prime 4 when.

Ignore them. It's what I do. Surprisingly, almost none of those video show up in my youtube feed.

If they don't have backward compatibility it would be dead on arrival.

I can't even remember the last time I mentioned or heard mention of backward compatibility, that's how default that shit should be now.

BC has actually been confirmed for a while now. Cant get much more official than this

I meant it more as which form that BC will take. Full physical with Switch 1 cartridges, or eshop games remaining available and playable. Furukawa's language implies the latter is guaranteed, but the former might not be. Then again, their handhelds have a long history of physical BC.

I don't really think the physical console needs to change all that much. And certainly the carts have enough space to support pretty much anything. The Switch 2 only really needs to change the internals to boost it's power.
