You can pile up all the examples you can find; it still won't constitute a good reason to end tens of billions in poverty relief and disease prevention.
It's more that I don't automatically assume anything that originated in the US must be evil for that reason alone, because that's asinine.
Am I to understand from this that you simply don't believe the genuine programmes focusing on those issues exist? That it's all conspiracy? I can't really tell what you're actually claiming, because it's just vague gesticulation as usual.

Recently I learned of the phenomenon of "passport bros", American and European men who date women from developing countries because they feel women from their countries have become too independent or "masculine", thinking women from developing nations are more submissive and traditional. One such passport bro who caught my attention is Chad2Dad, an American man who married a much younger Filipina woman whom he brought to the US. Apparently, the guy was pretty abusive towards her, leading to her leaving him.

Asian brides (particularly Filipina) was a thing all the way back in the 1980s; that they were considered more obedient and pliant was often much of the apparent appeal for those men.
