It's clearly not susceptible to political stacking in the same way, since its members are elected. Your comments about the US judiciary being stacked by the President simply do not apply when the members aren't appointed in the same way.
Be honest: you're only questioning the legitimacy of the judiciary because you don't like this specific ruling.

A democratic socialist is only sperated from a communist in that they have not yet reached the point where they need to and can kill to start forcing their ideology. It's a bit like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. You'll only be able to get it in there if you use violence.
