How?And he is doing so, right? Money talks, bull #@^$ walks. Under Trump, forget all the talk about things like "Critical Race Theory"... his policies, minus COVID, brought about prosperity his predecessor said would require a magic wand. Not possible.
Please explain to me how I should forget things like Critical Race Theory.
In this new "Old" Fresh Hell named Florida that I currently reside, tell me how I forget that I'm black when I catch at least three times a week "There goes another Biden Vote"? Where I'm told By White People who are being friendly, I guess, that I might not want to stray that far out of the city I'm in because beyond these borders lies "Trump Country".
Your economy gains cost people their feelings of safety and security. And you ask people to willingly forget it because you have the luxury choose to think about the economy. I do not. Because if I put on the blinders of "Oh, the economy is so great, let me just go about my merry race" and then voice my opinions in the wrong side of town. Well... This.
I stress once again, America is not a Business. It is a Conglomeration of Peoples and Cultures that must work towards a single goal: Our Mutual Survival.
Gorfias, for one last time, you have to understand how you're coming off. You're literally telling people not to care about how they are being treated in the world because you like the economy.
This is a thread about the review of Trump's Presidency. Given that he's is a President and Not a CEO, by any metric he's done poorly because he did not handle the duties of President well. You just said that Trump was acerbic for doing the very unpresidential thing of denying aid to people who he considers enemies. He created divisions for political power. He pandered to his base because he wants them to like him instead of doing what's actually beneficial for the American people. He alienated us from our allies. He eroded America's creditability by cozing up to Putin. He stripped Americans of their civil rights, and then environmental protections.
This is what a President Does in times of Crisis for his fellow Citizens who might have voted against the President.
President Obama in New Jersey: "We Are Here for You"
President Obama visits New Jersey to witness the devastation from Hurricane Sandy, comfort residents, and pledge the full support of the federal government in the recovery effort.

Not.... well, any of the choices Trump made which I just posted before. Not to mention the many other responses that are equally as disappointing.
And yeah, Obama grew the economy from one of the worst Recessions on Record. His $831 billion in spending kicked off the longest period of economic growth and job creation in American history. Do you like him? Do you value his presidency? Or do you count other things that you might not vibe with because when it's a democrat, it's everything. But when's a republican, allowances must be made as long as you're happy with one thing?
If you disliked Obama for how he handled the country, and people point out to how he's created the longest period of economic growth and job creation in American History, would that change your mind about him? Honestly?
