No, I'm not claiming that. I asked Agema why HE thinks the DOJ had "put forward their best effort to investigate".
Here's a highlight from the hearing today, from a Dominion contractor, who was trained by Dominion, there to assist with IT, and with tabulation and adjudicating, who testified that she saw ballots being run through multiple times. She describes the process.

Powell did it again, filing a lawsuit in Wisconsin that, as one of it's demands, lists obtaining access to 48 hours of camera feeds from the TCF Center.
This would be a legitimate thing to request id one wanted to see things that happened inside, but there's only one problem...
...the TCF Center is in Detroit. So why Powell is demanding WI give them video records from MI is anybody's guess. Maybe they couldn't figure out state abbreviations again?
(Of course I'm sure I'll be told this is just an error in document scanning again, or some other such nonsense that seeks to excuse the fact that these cases are being filed in clown shoes)

I’ve done data entry in almost every single job I’ve had. And if I had a dollar for everytime I’ve needed to rescan something because the scan didn’t take at all or returned utter fucking gibberish no go to man or beast I would have a Scrooge McDuck vault full of gold coins.
Do not be surprised if they audit the logs on this and it comes up with things like “Record removed: bad scan” or something like that.
If you would have watched the video, you would have seen that was already explained.
The procedure is:
1) You put in a stack of ballots
2) The tabulator scans them
3) If it jams
4) You take the ballots out
5) You put the bad ballot up on top
6) You press a button to discard those results
7) You run the batch again
She alleges that step 6 was repeatedly skipped. Skipping this step means that the numbers keep going up. You aren't "zeroing out" the machine, in a sense, so the ballots get counted multiple times.
Then the machine logs will bear that out because since each voting ballot would - I hope - have a unique identifier so there will be duplicate entries and it will show jams with no clears. So, she either rightly saw fraud or wrongly saw it but reported what she thought was suspicious
Maybe that's what happened, but nobody is pulling the logs and conducting audits on these machines, are they?
I don't know if the machines are smart enough not to count votes from duplicate UIDs. Worse case scenario, they aren't, so if you scan one vote twice, it actually counts as two votes. Best case, they are, and no harm was done.
This also reveals a lack of training on the part of the workers, which is still undesirable, especially in THE MOST IMPORTANT THING AND DON'T YOU DARE DISENFRANCHISE ANYONE WE ALL HAVE TO TAKE THIS VERY SERIOUSLY!
Another witness testified and answered questions for nearly 40 minutes about Disenfranchisement happening in her black, urban, districts, and called this poor training a form of disenfranchisement and discrimination in itself. She repeatedly stating that the laws were not being enforced. Here's that

Well, if she can make a compelling case and meet the standards of evidence - which as My Cousin Vinny has shown, eye witness testimony is not that high on the standard list - they will be.
They could be contracted to handle the material, unless that is wholly the purview of the US Postal Service.
Everyone* would love forensic evidence to be gathered, which means a full audit, not just a recount, of the ballots and the machines.
But for some reason, nobody in authority wants to use their powers to gather that evidence.
*except those who are in on, or who benefit from, the fraud, or those who just hate democracy.

You couldn't see anything in that video. I'm not responding to tweets and people that can't even record in fucking landscape like proper human beings. If there was fraud then all these cases should allege which they aren't because there's no proof.

Asking for sources from the MSM is discrimination against minorities, because their stories and accounts are not reported on. It's just a form of gatekeeping! The MSM is set up to further the interests of the white man! Black people disproportionately have access to news because they're so poor, therefore, the news is not by or for them.

If there's all this fraud, why don't any of the cases even allege fraud? They are trying to overturn the election via technicalities, not fraud. It's like the equivalent of a murderer getting off because the police officer skipped a word of the miranda rights or something like that. When did I say only use MSM? There's plenty of valid news sources that aren't mainstream media just like there's plenty of great video games that don't come from the mainstream publishers like EA, Ubisoft, or Activision.
