Oh so NOW Gethsemani believes in voter fraud conspiracies?Easy.
It's from a subreddit known to fake nonsense with no evidence other than a screenshot which are easy to doctor.
You have no proof it even actually happened.

Is that a big "reveal" though? I mean, ok? It's 39 hours long? It tells me nothing about the actual storyline, so I don't really care. I think some devs have said stuff like this ahead of game releases themselves.Seems we can’t have anything nice in this industry. Always has to be drama attached. Leakers that spoil things generally are bottom feeders too. Take the latest example -
Cyberpunk 2077 Main Campaign is Apparently 37 Hours Long
A YouTuber's prematurely uploaded review talks about how much content the game has.gamingbolt.com
They are either so in love with hearing themselves talk, or they just have to be “first” with something. If it’s just speculation stuff like a new Silent Hill or whatever, not that big a deal. But spilling info dumps on stuff that’s still clearly under embargo makes them look like pompous asses.
39 hours for main story is a pretty good length for an RPG. Plus however much content is provided by the side content. Seems fine, I dunno why this would upset people. Is that a big "reveal" though? I mean, Skyrim had like, what, 20-30 hours of main story? And like 400 hours of other stuff.39 hours for main story is a pretty good length for an RPG. Plus however much content is provided by the side content. Seems fine, I dunno why this would upset people.
Skyrim has a perpetual side quest system in which it would randomly keep creating basic repetitive shit for you to do, so technically it's got infinite content.I mean, Skyrim had like, what, 20-30 hours of main story? And like 400 hours of other stuff.
If you don't also mention all the other stuff, bringing up just the main story length is useless lol.
Well if it's side content then I wouldn't count that as "main story". So if that's included then yeah, 40+ hours of content, including side content seems typical. I assumed that was JUST main story stuff, which would be pretty impressive considering.39 hours for main story is a pretty good length for an RPG. Washington Post says that they got through the "main" game in 15 hours. But I dunno how accurate that is considering I can find the link anymore. But they also said they rushed through it and didn't come close to touching the extras.Well if it's side content then I wouldn't count that as "main story". Aren't fans usually expected to vote for what they're fans of anyway?
So is Neil Druckman by getting pissy about haters and making this about showing the haters, when his game is likely to win quite a few awards and is nominated for more than almost any other game.Who would have thunk that a creator of a game would urge fans to vote for it on a contest. This is not something that has ever happened before.
Come on, Hobble. TLoU2 is garbage, but you're being juvenile.
Dunno how many would make it about proving some kind of show o spite proving their haters wrong rather than showing how loved their game is. Funny how that goes that Druckman made it about fighting a nebulous enemy rather than actually just supporting the game.Your intent for this topic was basically this, wasn't it;
"Look guys! Here's that guy [we] love to hate! He did something! Come on, let's hate on him again together!"?
Or is there some other newsworthy merit hidden here that I'm oblivious to? I'm sure that I could find other directors making similar retweets about their games in these kinds of public polls, care to make topics about them doing it too?
A lot of it is about the more zealous defenders of the game who can't take it being criticised so everyone who does they try to frame as being homophobic or hating strong women not people pointing out the poor quality of the writing or issue with elements of the world.Even as someone who was hardly impressed by Druckman's latest work I find the extreme hatred and demonization directed his way to be really bizarre. He just made a cliche story and killed off the popular character we all knew was gonna die. Get over it, guys.
Neil Druckman does lol
This clip is getting a lot of mileage lately.
The framing of this being "To prove the haters wrong" not "To show how support for the game you love".Guy got nominated and tweeted about it. What am I missing here?
"A win for TLoU2 is a win for minorities everywhere!" - Neil, probably. The framing of this being "To prove the haters wrong" not "To show how support for the game you love".
Yeah but just doing every unique quest outside of those "go kill dragon here" ones should still be like 400ish hours on top of that system.Skyrim has a perpetual side quest system in which it would randomly keep creating basic repetitive shit for you to do, so technically it's got infinite content.
Yeah, you'd think TLoU2 and Neil Druckmann were bombarded by a ludicrous amount of hate and antisemitism, or something. And that one of the actors received death threats for playing a character fans didn't like. What reason would HE have to bring up this thing that totally didn't occur and get some small satisfaction from winning an award? The framing of this being "To prove the haters wrong" not "To show how support for the game you love".
You can delete the tweet, but Druckmann is still out there, lurking in the depths, waiting for his next victim. Surely this is a reason to remain paranoid. And now the tweet this entire thread was based on has been deleted, eliminating even the tiniest reason for any of us to even pretend to give a shit about your paranoid lunacy.
