admittedly I dont know squat about anime, have only watched a handful of movies, but one series i did watch with my friends was Berserk and it was pretty good. I dont know if it counts as anime but i thought Avatar: the last airbender series was quite good for a more kid oriented series.

its called freedom of speech. i dont know of a "freedom from being offended by speech" version of that law. also, if its anyone but a white person spouting off like this, is it a crime? if this was directed at white people, would it be a crime? im thinking probably not.
