No TIE Defender? For shame: Overpowered to the point of stupidity, this ship is able to take on most capital ships one on one and win in TIE Fighter. Plus, you get to be Darth Vader's wingman in it. How the hell can you possibly forget that?

Hit the nail on the head Stew. Cataclysm by and large improved Homeworld as a series. Not having to constantly worry about fuel for my fighters and corvettes was a big change that I REALLY liked. Narratively, and even in the voice acting, it definitely blew Homeworld 2 out of the water...
