I broke the fabled 24 hour mark on.....runescape(THE HORROR) i had just broken my arm and the anesthtic from the operation completetly messed me up i didn't get any sleep for 52 hours and i was as high as a kite =).Not counting toilet breaks though i did get my mom to cook some food for me then...

Personally,the only think that relaxes me is swimming,i do alot of it so i'm pretty calm but nothing like a 5k session to mellow you out
