Lair of the Shadow Broker would be my top considering my lady Shep is fully Asari-sexual. Other then that the Knoxx DLC of Borderlands and Minerva's Den from Bioshock were fantastic. It felt like Knoxx was the real ending to Borderlands.

Sex itself? Meh. Sexuality, attraction, and everything surrounding it is a big part. it's strange, most people around me think I'm an extremely sexual person but really, I'm more interested in contact in general then the act. Not that I don`t like sex, I just like the build up to it more.

For the record I enjoyed Dragon Age II More then Origins. Though I understand all the great points people have for origins, I just liked II more. Most people are just hurt that the second one wasn't like the first in many ways. For me, fun will always win out, and I had more fun with II.

Usually I AM the Vanguard. However, I play on gold. Then, spamming moves doesn't matter. You have to work as a team, or you are effed no matter what.
