Desolation Row by Bob Dylan; longest song I own. Clocks in at around 11 minutes. Also a great song if a you have a few moments to try and decipher the metaphors. Also quoted in the graphic novel watchmen and My Chemical Romance do an average cover of it for the end credits.

"At midnight all the agents and superhuman crew go out and round up every that knows more that they do"

There's a remix of Mr Brightside (originally by the Killers) by Jacques Lu Cont. Know as the "Thin White Duke Remix" which is just over the minutes. Personally I find it a bit excessive and the original far surpasses it

Oh and the Horseman of 2012 by Klaxons goes on, and I'm quite sure on this, forever

Okay. This took a little while, but here's the epic length songs from my playlist. A couple are a few seconds shy of ten minutes, but that shouldn't make a difference, should it?

Dead Can Dance - Song Of The Stars (10:13)
Jeff Buckley - Kanga-Roo (14:08)
Mael Mordha - The Man All Hate to Love (10:15)
Paul Gilbert - The Jam (19:35) (It's like 20 minutes of guitar solos!)
The Smashing Pumpkins - Why Am I So Tired (15:16)
The Smashing Pumpkins - United States (9:52)
Type O Negative - Bloody Kisses (10:56)
Type O Negative - Unsuccessfully Coping With The Natural Beauty Of Infidelity (12:29)
Type O Negative - World Coming Down (11:10)
Weird Al Yankovic - Albuquerque (11:24)
I could only find the first part of the song, but the entire song is awesome.
This is the edited version for the video, the entire song is great, and oh so cheesy

Pink Floyd are the kings of writing long songs. These are my favourites:

Shine on you Crazy Diamond (there's two parts, part one is my favourite, but it's actually one 25 minute song)
Dogs
Pigs
Sheep(those 3 songs are all off the same album, "Animals", I highly recommend it)

And then, of course, there is "Echoes". At 23 minutes, I consider it to be Pink Floyd's greatest musical achievement; it's surreal. I'm actually going to go listen to it now!
I would like to add the Atom Heart Mother Suite.

Blind Guardian - "And Then There Was Silence" is 14:08, and totally awesome.

Agalloch - "In The Shadow Of Our Pale Composition", "The Melancholy Spirit", "The Hawthorne Passage", "Fire Above, Ice Below" and "Hallways Of Enchanted Ebony". All are beautifully melodic, I would recommend anything by them.

Pelican "NightEndDay" and "Australasia". Crushingly heavy brilliance.

Also check out Muse's Exogenesis. It's a 3 part "symphony" composed completely by their frontman Matt Bellamy, and is pretty awesome. The whole thing comes in at around 15 mins long.

Also, if you're into something unusual, try Devil Doll. "The Girl Who Was... Death" is 66:06 and "The Sacrilege of Fatal Arms" is a whopping 79 minutes long. Be warned though, it's very strange :)

Tool - Jambi (from 10,000 Days)

Led Zeppelin - The Rain Song (live version from The Song Remains the Same)

Dream Theater -The Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence(multiple songs, strung together): 41:34
Dream Theater - Octavarium: 27:16
Dream Theater - A Change of Seasons: 23:09
Dream Theater - The Count of Tuscany: 19:17
Dream Theater - In the Presence of Enemies Pt. 1 & 2: 25:38 (Pt.1 16:38, Pt.2 9:00)
I could keep doing Dream Theater, but this would get lengthy.
Symphony X - The Odyssey: 24:16
Symphony X - The Divine Wings of Tragedy: 20:45
Symphony X - Through the Looking Glass: 13:08
Symphony X - A Lesson Before Dying: 12:07

I am getting rather lazy though, so I'll just name off a few bands that have some rather long songs.

Ayreon
Dream Theater
Spheric Universe Experience
Circus Maximus
Blind Guardian
Pagan's Mind
Andromeda
Liquid Tension Experiment

So what your saying is that epic songs like Black Rose Immortal,The Drapery Falls and many more are shit just because they're over ten minutes.

To you sir i must.Go listen to some proper 10 minutes or longer songs.
