Gotta say that I've really liked this arc, its helped flesh out a lot of characters really well, although one tends to think of Erin more and more as just being a plain bad person.

Isn't he still technically helping her out though?

Can't see any way that he's trying to bring her down, other than using that as a point for confidence in small Erin's pep talk

I think they mean Tris is trying to bring her down and get her all vulnerable just for sex.

I take offense! We men are not icky. For WOMEN are the ones with cooties!

OT: Liking the tidbits of back story, hope it gets fleshed out.

Nice of you to add a clarification in the edit :p
Not that I'd have said anything either way, but yeh when dealing with someone who has a form of mental illness, telling them to "suck it in" rarely works.

I love this storyline and the word 'chode' xD I want to see what happens the 'meanwhiles' are getting frustrating lol.

I liked your disclaimer. It was nice of you to add that. It can very much contribute to depression when people tell you to get over it.

I have struggled with clinical depression for a long time and it turns out I have actually got something seriously physically wrong with me too (that can worsen mental symptoms) that I have had from when I was teen. So people who told me I was faker and lazy and to get over it feel a bit stupid now I'll bet...

The last time I saw my inner child I was in a dream chasing her around a high tech skyscraper in which various experiments were being conducted. Not entirely sure what that means...

yet telling someone with clinical depression to "get over it" isn't considered grounds for a punch in the tits, which is infuriating.

I want that on a t-shirt.

I feel real close to Erin right now, im a emotional person and get depressed quite abit. I userly try to just get over myself but that doesn't always work. I know shes on a completely different level what with the mental apparitions causing physical/mental harm and what not, im just saying she seems to work out her probs much like I try to do.
