I kinda do miss WW2 games at times...but then I recall its ALWAYS the same stuff.

D-Day, Pearl Harbor,Stalingrad, French Country side, Jungle battles, and Berlin.
Most have that or half at least.

Better than "Kill some brown people in some foreign country" though. I do kinda miss it all. WWII games were game where you were actually on equal footing with the enemy. Of course there are the ones where you fight Russia for some ludicrous reason...
