Just a game about punching people.

Lunatic mode: Not suitable for anyone.

Kill demons with Smokin' Sick Style!!!

Run a shop to bribe fairies.

Ten heroes, two teams, infinite possibilities.

Blend into crowds to kill undetected.

Candy bars recharge batteries. That's logical.

Terrorise New York City with shapeshifting.

Score points for making guards panic.

Steal treasure from steampunk One Percent.

Use guns to obtain more guns.
Street Fighter, Fire Emblem Awakening, God Hand, Recettear, League of Legends (half points), Assassins Creed, Deus Ex (close enough), Prototype, Dishonoured, Thief

In my reality, I got all of these right!
I gave you half points LoL because that description actually could probably apply to any game in the genre, but "heroes" would preferably have marked it as DotA. Also, God Hand is in that list, but you attached it to the wrong description.

Alright, I'll throw out a few of these:

Everything is terrible in a basement.

Psychic acrobat with goggles saves day.

Gandhi has completed the manhattan project.

World's greatest war themed hat simulator.

Tiny carrot people die for survival.

Tiny carrot people die for Capitalism.

Pokemon was awesome on the gamecube.
So, Editing out the ones I don't know..

Binding of Isaac?

Psychonauts, that one was easy

Civilization, because the disparity between the world leaders' historical personalities and their in-game personalities is well documented

Team Fortress 2 (hat simulator joke gives it away every time)

Pikmin 1

Pikmin 2

Pokemon Coliseum?
Correct on every count, good job sir. I would also have accepted Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness.

Okay, I think I need to do some more here...

Human sector. No mouth. BUGS BUGS!

DOUBLE CLUE: We meat the customer...and our spew is your brew.

A summer camp of mind-takers.

She was crazy long before Glados.

The quietest scientist in the world.

The man who arranges the blocks.

Play the game, beat the virus.

A giant robot building MORE robots.

I am the true evolution, human.

Kill the zombies with a typewriter!

Climbing and herding in a nightmare.

Reboot the world as a demon.

A detective story that involves Terminators.

Jump, crunch, plunk, flower, fire, dead.

All this fighting to find Fred.

Eat everything and spit it out.

Your head explodes, but that's okay.

Demon killing expressed in one word.

@Dot: Portal. Maybe AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!!, but I'm leaning toward Portal.

@Glen: I'm thinking Plants vs. Zombies.

@Bazaal: Four is definitely Orcs and Men.

"Survivors cause property damage to escape."
#4 is correct!

Nein.

1. Hitman?
No idea about the rest.
Oooh, that actually does work. I was thinking of a different one though. Perhaps I should change "Man" to "Monster" but that might make it too easy.

Got another few:
5. Breath of life wields the elements.
6. Like Pikmin, but with extra evil!
7. The original puzzle on an island.

Easy. Slenderman or whatever the game is actually called.

6 - Overlord
7 - Monkey Island?

Still waiting for mine =D

"Exiles don't like genocidal home invaders"

I may have made it too difficult,
Space is definitely the setting to be looking at though.

#7 is correct! I would have also accepted Myst.

Is yours perhaps Exile, the 1988 video game for the atari?
or Starcraft somehow?
or the original Space Invaders?

Can I get another hint? Which decade was this game released in?

@bazaalmon

Very late 90's. Licence belongs to a company that just went bust. This is one of the licenses that was NOT sold.

Unless it's X: Beyond the Frontier, I've given up. I'm all out of ideas. You win.

I'm guessing 1) could be Portal or Quantum Conundrum? And 4) is clearly Mirror's Edge. 2) Not sure, some swing at EA.

Both right on number 4, on the right track with number 1, but think even crazier, and shockingly, #2 was NOT published by EA. Bazaalmon's on the right track though.

Is 1) The Incredible Machine? I can't think crazier physics than that.

Keep thinking! The description of number one could also be: Perspective and non-euclidean thinking are key.

Antichamber? I've never actually played it but it sounds fitting.

Ding Ding! We have a winner! And you should totally play it, it's trippy as hell.

Still don't have a winner for Buy DLC to read this description and Four undead heroes save the past....

Is it DLC Quest?

The undead heroes one; Is it one of the Chrono series of games? I've never played them, so I don't know if there's a specific one you're pointing at.

Ding Ding! Another winner! It was in fact DLC Quest. The undead heroes one, however, has nothing to do with the Chrono series.

So the ones that remain unanswered are:

Four undead heroes save the past.

Don't go hungry, don't go insane.

Run from rebels, die in space.
