Le Samourai inspired hitman game, where you pick your hits like in Driver, and can execute them any way you want.
Sounds basic, but inspirations include Driver, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Assassins creed, and naturally, Hitman.
Actually, that sounds pretty basic. Okay, how about a Crank-inspired free-roam game where you are tasked with taking down an American based Triad Kingpin, and to do so you must destroy his Los Angeles based empire bit by bit. Kind of like how you could diminish the kingpins supplies in crackdown. A very OTT Third-person shooter with 4 player co-op and A soundtrack ranging from Jamiroquai to Pendulum to Deadmau5. You can play like a complete psychopath and wreak explosive havoc (Kane and lynch 2 combined with Mercenaries 2) or.....I dunno. There will also be a slight free-running aspect to the game, as well as the ability to execute bank robberies (because bank robberies are fun). Other ridiculous adition sto thegame include jetpacks, Gatling guns, ninjas, and the ability to ride missiles into enemies.

You play as the soldiers and the only EXP in the game is from killing rival players. the schools would pretty much have to have a full set of heal / tank / dps that was unique to each one with each having different abilities and balanced so it might take a while....
