Not really. Health comes with physical fitness, not the other way around. Physically fit as in; you're not over/underweight and you don't have any serious ailments.Palademon said:You can be healthy without being physically fit you know.
Face fat is probably the easiest thing to lose, I've found. I lost 32 lbs in the last five months or so and the thing people noticed the most was that I looked thinner in the face. Your face is also one of the first areas you'll show when you're gaining weight, along with your thighs and stomach.darktau21 said:well i have been working out and I've been losing a lot of weight. i used to be very fat and i've lost most of the fat. i went from being severally overweight to the fact that you can see my leg muscles and there's like only a inch of belly fat left.
the down side is that face fat is the hardest thing to get rid of.
if anyone knows a way to speed to the lose of face fat please speak up
My advice: Get the moles zapped. Lose enough weight until you can look in the mirror and not say "I don't like how I look,". Get contacts or different glasses.
Women in general look for two things in a guy though: intelligence and kindness. Even the biggest meathead probably won't get any girlfriend to stay with him past a month.
Personality has headed out against physical attributes in the mating game these days, but not by much. Women look for strong chins, defined jaw, high cheek bones and symmetry in the face as well. Symmetry is generally the most important of these. That's why the moles should be the first thing to get rid of. Get clothes that actually look good as well. Another factor women look for is status--your social status amongst others, to be exact. Nice-looking clothes and appearance goes a long way towards this.
