I'd personally work on my wife, despite the fact that they'll both probably die if I did....

I would let the cheating whore die, while saving the man, only to laugh at him on release day, telling him my wife had herpes, and that I just got her life insurance.

A child lives when it is born; not in the womb so its hardly the case also who's to say this, the mum lives , 30 people are dead and she lives on to give birth to a kid who will proberaly turn out the same way and kill 30 or more people just like mummy did. You need to look long term in this incident!
