Can I just say how much I absolutely adored "we should all be focused on trying to grow a bigger pie." I don't know quite what it is, but that was frankly adorable. I can only hope it inspires this sweet soul to stop making Modern Warfare games, and start creating games where everyone comes together, stops fighting, and grows big pies.
It means creating a bigger market for everyone thus everyone, even those with a smaller piepiece, would still have more than someone who currently has the biggest.

I love how Hirshberg said that insulting a bastardized franchise that's been beaten to death with its own face is "bad for the industry." Especially since the insult came from the publisher of an equally bastardized franchise that's been beaten to death with its own face.

Spend less time bitching and more time innovating your games.
Yeah but while one sticks the same format of small, redundant, and fast-paced gameplay, only adding new weapons that are L33T and have bitchin new camo's -_-, the other is creating new technologies, not only for its own games and INNOVATING a genre by adding these technologies to make better and fresher experiences.

EA are dicks who make bad games and disband Pandemic
get used to it Activision
I'm waiting for them to eventually disband Popcap after a series of bad decisions destroy its value while the founders of said company use the buyout money to make the Next Big Thing(tm).

Yeah I know that, I just meant that I found the actual wording really funny and wasn't entirely sure why. I agree with his point completely.

Yeah c'mon guys! What are you? Game developers or politicians?
They are corporate which means they are politicians.

They don't work and they lie and cheat their asses off.

Am I the only one that wish it was illegal across the world for a company to own another company? Partnerships in a venture fine. These vast empires? NO. No possiblity of buying out the competition, if you want to be as good as them you have to work yourself not just throw money at someone. It feels almost like bribery to me. "I don't want to actually have to work harder to beat you so I'm just going to pay you and you let me win, kk?
My point was that they should be above mudslinging.
So should politicians. In fact politicians should be even MORE above it as they are vying for power of ruler ship or representationship the citizens of a country.
You'd certainly think so, wouldn't you?
