As a somewhat flabby 16 year old diabetic, I feel that I could probably do with getting in shape. I want to loose fat while gain muscle in order to just be a bit more healthy.
However, I am at a loss as to how I should go about this. I don't have enough money to go to a gym, and I'd prefer to do things in private rather than public.
If any of you could give me tips on how to go about things, I'd greatly appreciate it.
