I love this Estavillo person, he is clearly the greatest mind of the 21st century. This Boy has made me laugh more than any other comedian, think harder than any intellectual, People like him make like worth the hassle. Seriously, I want to meet this guy and shake his hand...
<color=white>Then run away in case he tries to sue me.

I wonder what's next for him?
Suing Google for not being spelt right? Suing Elisha Cuthbert for not giving him pleasure all day everyday?

<url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Man_Who_Sued_God>This will be him soon.

I salute you Erik Estavillo.

Oh, and he wants a million bucks in punitive damages "for creating a game which hurts gamers rather than being a bridge of entertainment for them to pursue happiness."
It was at this point that I burst into hysterics and woke up my flat mate in the adjacent room.

Okay. Now it is painfully clear that he is just trolling. Nothing more.
My question is who the hell is representing this cabbage? Not even ambulance chasing lawyers would stoop this low and jack thompson has been disbarred. Is he representing himself? Because if he is managing to leave his house and go to a courtroom just full of people and then make his way through the reporters outside the courthouse then he is clearly not agoraphobic.
It was written in a previous article that he self represents.

Seriously, the mentally impaired guy who requires MMOGs, PSN and LIVE to interact is self-representing himself in a court room.

This isn't even a court case. It's a farce. Blizzard could send the intern they get to make coffee to appear in court and still win in less than a minute.

there should be a law that states that your lawsuit has to have an ACTUAL REASON not some bullshit about a game not being fun.
I thought there was a law against that kind of thing

And yet... Is there a third possibility that we're overlooking? Could all of this in fact be another stealth ad from the wild and crazy guys at the Dante's Inferno [http://www.dantesinferno.com/] marketing team? Is it sloth? Will it be greed? Is it possible that this series of insane lawsuits will turn out to be the most insidious advertisement ever? Of course not - although as explanations go, it makes about as much sense as anything else involved in this case.
Hell's teeth, I never thought of that.

Man smack him down with "rule 11." Seriously I hope they hit him with it then send the cops over to his house and take every game and console he owns to help pay. While MS and Sony get together just this one and ban his IP from both their services. Hell take away his internet completely.

what?, what the fuck?, one crazy guy who sues people for banning him (i actually think that was kind of justified, the amount was a bit off) and for making bad hardware of firmwire, sorta makes sense, and suing a company because you found their product to be boring, well alright thats a little weird, getting celebrities to support your case?!.

...im gonna sue the tobacco companies and some health boards for making my pack of cigarette make me feel bad and for making it ugly, and for making me one of the most hated persons in the world, they have adds on tv designed to make people hate me.

This begins to look veryyyyy fake indeed. How did he manage to gather support from a musician and an actor and convince them to be witnesses? Why is he asking so much money for petty things? Does he have a grand plan? Damn, am I thinking this too much?

Yes it seems like this man is the kind of person who gets pushed around no matter where he goes slowly turns into some weirdo who makes it justified to push around and then goes back and tells everyone he's been wronged if he does something like stabbing a puppy.

The court date in the subpoenas is 4/20/10... I smell prank.
This was the first thing I noticed, I was just going to ask if anyone else noticed the court date is 4/20.

I think he just wants to smoke a little ganja with gore and ryder.
