Keep in mind that we do not know if this is a real initiative from a member of Anonymous or 4chan, or if someone is satirizing the group by co-opting its slogans and modus operandi for this counter attack on the weather terrorism that snow has subjected on the world.

As far as i know anon, theres no real membership or anything, they are anonymous, and membertship is not required or something you can have, if someone posts something in teh name of anon, it's as close as you can get to a member posting it.
Anon is not teh same group of people today as it is tomorrow, they don't neccecerily have teh same goals today as they do tomorrow, or they had yesterday.
It's more like a force of internet-nature. some randon/anonymous person starts something, and sometimes it gets rolling like a snowball effect, sometimes it don't.
Theres no-one in a position of power calling the shots, theres no power structure at all.
Hence, you cannot "fake" it.

This describes it a bit deeper.

As for the snow, I vote for an armed assault.
Everyone grab blowdriers and extention chords, and assault the snow head on.
AS logic dictates, the further away from your door you fight it, the more extention chord you'll need to keep your blowdrier high on juice.
