One day they will realize hacking websites doesn't actually accomplish anything. Do they expect them to just say say "oh gee, are website was hacked! call off teh war effort and turn around and go home!" I bet they don't even care.

If they didn't care, why HAVE them in the first place? What would be the POINT of having the website if they didn't care enough to keep it up to deck and code. And as someone has pointed out to you previously, its just trying to show the people to keep going, this could be a moral boost, even slightly.

To the topic, fine job, Anon. Support a cause that needs it. Their sorta Vigilantes, but on the computer. If they are doing bad, at least they have some morals that they are trying to up-hold or whatever.

These people are criminels. Their actions violate the law. Some of their actions may seem acceptable on the outside becasue they are focused on countries with unpopular policial regeiums but they also hurt people with their actions. How many people lost the ability to access sony online via their PS3's? They sit their with the "moralist" ideallogy shoving what they believe down our throats. No thank you. The sooner they are found and arrested for illigel hacking the better

Wasn't the PSN's downfall Lulzec? I'm pretty sure it was, since both Anon and Sony confirmed that it wasn't Anon's dealing? I'm still sure Lulzec could have hacked a file into Sony's data base blaming Anon. And why would they leave a calling card, it wreaks of stupidity that people still believe they pulled that shenanigan off.

I just looked it up, and sure enough, the date at which you stopped posting on one account is very close to the date you opened the Daemon Toss one. Yes, there are plenty of people praising anon for what they did, and hell, I should hope so. They did a good thing and gave something of a shout out to the people in Syria, to stay strong and fight the power. They could use fire power as well, but this shit wont go on for long one way or another and who knows, propaganda like this may make the vital difference, encouraging the people to stay standing for those crucial 2 weeks more.

Anyway, kind of got off track there, what I am saying is, someone saying "Good call, anon, on this one" does not equal him saying "Anon is cool as fuck, im going to join them and they never pulled off anything dickish in there entire life span". I agree that screwing around with a website doesn't have huge effect, but as stated, it draws a little bit of attention to the syrian people, how somebody could refute that on the basis "i dislike anon regardless of what they do" is simply baffling. I don't see anon saying "we well free syria from opression!" either.

Its no big deal. There are so many anon's here already in this thread that I can't salvage it.

It's a little funny, if you look at all the other anon related threads, they all go down two paths depending on what they do. In the facebook thread, its over whelmingly negative towards anon, and even through they get a few posts of support, the message might as well be "fuck off anonymous"

on the other direction, supporters have grid locked this thread so they look nothing but positive. at this point, I'm arguing against the wind.

Heres a few stone hard facts you cannot argue against, although you will probably try and fail anyway judging by your general behavior:

-Anon have in this case done more than you to help the people in a suffering country, perhaps done more for the good than you will ever do in your entire life.

-You are not educated enough on these subjects to be talking about the war in Syria or propaganda, as clearly illustrated by you mixing up the country with another and arguing against a man, Sun Tzu, who wrote the acclaimed "Art of War". Maybe you should write a book about war which also covers propaganda and explains what it is, and maybe it will be a revolution and still be relevant decades after it was written, but somehow I doubt it.

You have also dismissed every person in this thread that disagrees with you (everybody) as a member of anon. Do you think that everyone on the escapist forums partakes in DDOS attacks? Do you think that everyone here has a youtube channel and posts these videos you speak of? If so, why the fuck are you on this forum? Why dont you go somewhere else? Its not an invitation to fuck off, its an earnest question. If all you can do is cry about how we all dont understand you and we are oh so wrong, and how this forum is filled with dirty anon lovers, why not go somewhere else?
