Or just a case of guilty conscience.Fallen-Angel Risen-Demon said:Sony never actually said it was anon, they said it could possibly be a third party. People aren't reading things properly it seems...

OT: Well they did say they didn't want to ruin things for customers just to get back at sony...so they might be telling truth...or just lying through their teeth...both could be true.
Indeed, I believe that to be self-evident!Chris646 said:Honestly, I'll side with Anonymous here. They didn't do it. I think that Portal 2 caused the servers to crash.
My attitude, too. The reason I have a PS3 is because I refuse to pay for online gaming. Xbox Live went down all the time in the early days of 360, and that shit cost money. With the way some people are reacting, if I were Sony, I'd threaten to shut down the PSN permanently. Seriously, Sony doesn't owe anyone anything.Nuclear Pancake said:Well you get what you pay for and the PSN is free so im suprised this dosen't happen more often.
Exactly. Unless one of them left a present sitting on the PSN for unknown reasons and Sony found out about and are purging their system then Anonymous is not related to this at all.Vanbael said:I do believe that it isn't anonymous, it isn't their style to affect millions of consumers. Anonymous would take down the PlayStation website then PSN. So somehow, something isn't right in PSN land.
