Four Kings specifically? Use fire enchanted weapons. I found that helped a lot. I used pyromancy.
Kill the kings quickly, since they respawn. If you've summoned her for the Moonlight Butterfly, try getting the help of the Witch Beatrice. Most of all avoid getting surrounded.
