The Deus Ex Human Revolution soundtrack is a favourite of mine. I love the near-future cyberpunk feel to it. If anyone has any suggestions in that same ballpark please let me know.

Yep.

Final Fantasy XII: Fantastic soundtrack, Fantastic world, Fantastic leading man. I'm talking about Balthier, of course. Who the hell were you thinking of?

Final Fantasy XIII-2: Much better than the original, though I doubt many actually played it given the first's ABYSMAL narrative and characters. Incredible score though.

Windwaker: probably my most consistantly listened to. I love the Wind God's Aria and the Molgera fight music. CHICKACHICKACHICKACHICKACHICKACHICKACHICKACHICKACHICKACHICKACHICKACHICKACHICKA

Lone Survivor: Survival is awesome, and the rest of the soundtrack is pretty cool. Very Silent Hill-esque.

Shatter: I love the soundtrack for this game, even if the game itself is a bit wearing after a while. My favorite is definitely "Granular Extractor."

Black Mesa: It's a mod, yes, but with fantastic music. "Unforseen Consequences", "End Credits, part 1", "Forget about Freeman", and a bunch of other gems on this one.

PlanetSide 2: The New Conglomerate theme. I don't even play NC, but they have the most badass theme in the history of the world. Seriously.

Frozen Synapse: nervous_testpilot did a brilliant job. Almost all of the tracks are awesome. My favorites are "Schism", "Focus", and "Deeper".

Metroid Prime: Title theme, Phendrana, there is so much to love.

There are other games, but they are not currently in my rotation. This is what I'm listening to now.

I'm suprised that no-ones mentioned Mario yet, especially Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, amazing soundtracks. Other things for me:
Kirby's Adventure
Mega Man 2
Sonic 3
Ocarina of Time
Bastion
Minecraft
Super Smash Bros. series
Donkey Kong Country series
Kid Icarus: Uprising (The game is truly underated and overhated by some)
In fact:

I'm actuallu surprised there's someone else here who liked Olivers theme seeing as how I grew up with the show I loved the character but over time I quite liked the old classic engines from the Mid Sodor railway and eventually ended up liking the Duke and Skarloey character themes.
Funnily enough, I've been on a Thomas kick lately myself. And man I had forgotten how much I loved the Narrow Gauge stories. They were the first big step towards making the island feel more diverse than just the main Standard Gauge lines that Thomas ran on. For some reason, I just liked the smaller trains more, especially Rusty. He had a neat theme as well. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a video directly related to the music. So have George Carlin instead.
Rusty's theme has quite a charm to it too and I agree on the Narrow Gauge branch seeing as how they all had different looks or more colourful personalities and I think they also had the most tales to tell from their end compared to the Standard gauge lines and the Narrows also had the oldest line going until it was closed down in 1947 according to the fan wiki.

Also favourite episodes have to be Grandpuff and Duncan gets spooked mostly because back then I was a sucker for ghost stories and engines as ghosts was a new concept to me back then.

I often use (mainly modern) video game soundtracks as my "drowning out" music when I'm reading. Like classical music, video game music usually doesn't have words, which is ideal for me since I get distracted easily by what others are saying.

The two I've been listening to most recently are Hotline Miami and Rayman: Origins.

I've also been sneaking a little R.L. Burnside, but that's beside the point.

Heck, yes. Quite partial to Bastion's soundtrack. I'm also very fond of "Daddy Mulk" from The Ninja Warriors (admittedly, there may be some nostalgia involved and the operatic Knight/Wizard tower theme from Heroes of Might and Magic II.

I listen to the Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines soundtrack regularly. I will probably get some more as I find music I like in games/films/tv/anything with music.

Been listening to Xenoblade a lot lately.
Also, this is only a game in the broadest possible sense but Homestuck! It may be a webcomic but it has cutscenes. And boss music.

I tend to listen to Oblivion and Skyrim's soundtracks a lot. Assassins Creed II and Dragon Age Origins sometimes too.
