I would have liked Skyward Sword to be more realistic like in Twilight Princess, but otherwise it was cool.

I think there were too few announcements at Sonys Conference. Most games they showed trailers for, were games we already knew were in production, because they made the bad of decision showing gameplay and trailers just weeks before E3.
Yeah, I wished they'd have at least saved Killzone 3 and Infamous 2 until E3.
The overall line-up at E3 was great tough, so I'm not complaining.

Off topic: Damnit IamQ, your Pan's Labyrinth avatar always freaks me out.
Guillermo Del Toro sure knows how to ramp up the suspense in a movie.
Bet you want me to stop using it , huh? You don't want it in your prescense (I can't spell that word...)?! Well guess what?! Just because you said that, I'm going to keep it! >:)

new xbox, new zelda, new donkey kong, epic mickey, kirby epic yarn (stupid name but looks fucking awesome), konect for the new xbox, and most important for all new twisted metal.
It isn't even over yet and I still want to see what they are going to bring out.

I was really dissapointed in the Sony press conference, but maybe that was because last year's was so awesome with God of War 3, Uncharted 2 and The Last Guardian (wich they're probably saving for TGS).

The only thing that really peaked my interest was the announcement of ThatGameCompany's new title, Journey.

Not a damn bit.

GT5 release date and a new Twisted Metal? Yes please.

And a sequel I've waited over twenty goddamned years for?

Hell yes please.
I KNOW! Good Lord, Twisted Metal was like one of the best PS1 games ever made. And then they just stopped making 'em. I can't wait!!!

Whats to be disappointed about.

We got a bunch of new gimmicky arm wavey things, a whole lot of sequels, a bunch of games that involve a marine (space or otherwise) shooting the same things over and over again, a demonstration of technology most of us can't afford for a couple years (3d), a handheld device to big to fit in my pocket next to; my phone, keys, wallet etc. (gonna need to pay a sherpa to follow me around everywhere), and microsoft showed we can have a pet sans all that affection garbage.

Whats not exciting about that?

Compared to E3 2009 this year is Amazing, I think you may have forgotten but last year SUCKED!

Nintendo knocked it out of the park this year, their presentation was so bad it left a gaping wound in the whole event. In fact this year they have all stepped up, for the individual gamers and the journalists.

I don't think there's been a good one in years. It's one big infomercial now, and I could barely care about any of it.

Did Miyamoto and gang pretend to play musical instruments on stage again? That was priceless.

i hopeing for truly avegloring stuff, epic, not bloody motion control im getting sick of, like a kid learning to pet a tiger is a bit dum. and the only motion control i would be interested in is a full body armor that transforms your mind and vision into the game world

Well Nintendo is releasing a shit-ton of games that I've been excited for for years, so... yeah. Not too disappointed this year. :D

Lack of anything even relating to Dragon Age and Mass Effect. Mass dissapointment.

No not really

Nintendo gave me 3DS, Kid iccurus and even a Star Fox game
Sony gave me some news on Killzone 3 and Infamous 2 (would of loved to see a Sly4)
XBOX gave me new news on Kinect (I hate the name) and some Halo: Reach news

I say It's been better than the past (espically for Nintendo)

OT: And I hate how everyone is argueing about who won E3. You know who won E3? The gamers of the world! that's who.

[small]just my opinion[/small]

If Sony and Microsoft were what you were most excited about, yeah I can see that. Microsoft's presser jsut sucked, and Sony's was a bit boring, with very little news streched out by huge speeches of how great Playtstation is, though the bits of news we got was nice, and new trailers are always good.

Nintendo redeemed it though. Just... WOW.

I have mixed feelings about valve pulling the carpet too. It's one thing to make an announcement a suprise but to completely turn tail on the "no valve games for ps3 because its immpossible to code for" arguement is a dick move.
You do know that Portal will still be on the 360 and PC, right? I thought it was a dick move for them to keep whining about the ps3 dev kit like they were for years. Actually for the past year, it was seeming less like a dick move and more like pathetic incompetence. I for one am glad they finally got their shit together. And honestly, even though I have a ps3, I'll probably still get it for the PC anyway, I just prefer my shooters there.

If you're a hardcre xbot, I can see how e3 might be a disappointment. Their bit wasn't very exciting; but that can be expected as they seem to be shifting their focus to getting all the casual wii-gamers... who probably already have wiis.

Sony wasn't much better but at least there were a couple of games I got excited about.

Nintendo on the other hand seem to be getting back on top of things. The only thing that bothers me is that the 3DS seems to be getting the 3rd party support I was hoping the wii would get.

I wanted a playable demo of The Last Guardian, Rockstar's Agent and Splatterhouse.

Despite this, im thrilled about Twisted Metal, Bulletstorm and Project Dust. So overall, i had some pleasant surprises. Kinect was a confirmed letdown, and im sick of the never ending sequels and remakes...Hooray for originality!

(Ok, technically Twisted Metal and Splatterhouse ARE remakes, but...well, at least TM is a overlooked classic, and Splatterhouse is a 20 years old cult classic.)

I wasn't that excited about it except for Bethesda's announcement, which hasn't happend yet. *fingers crossed* TES:5 TES:5 TES:55
This is pretty much the only goddamn thing I care about, yet I can't find any news on when they're going to be making the announcement.
