are there any other people here who have gained a grip on the the practice of astral projection? i do it regularly, and i am curious to know if anyone else does.
Nope, I do not. But as a dragon, of course I do not need to, I can just fly anywhere!

Wait....

You were not roleplaying?! You are serious?

I... I have lost my faith in humanity once again....

Im trying to focus on clariovoyance at the moment. My theory is that if i can see clear enough ill become able see the flaws in reality then break them to accomplish strange, wonderous things. Or rip apart reality if nothing else.

/nonsense

Seriously though, i focus on control of my body, so im not exactly inclined to let go of it.

I'm thinking the OP is getting his acid on or something.
Being on the internet whilst tripping sounds both wasteful and dangerous. Let's hope he's not bright or just deluded instead.

Evil psychics have created a mysterious double post. Sort of like what happens to the mermaids powers when they see the full moon reflected in water in the popular Australian kid's show H2O: Just add Water, only not.

If I were to tell you I could find it for you using my psychic powers, would you feel better or worse?

To be honest this is what you get when you start discussions on religions/supernatural occurrences on the internet.

This video shows why.

Threads on ridiculous and spurious claims are going to elicit ridiculous responses.

Astral projection you say...

Unless you live in the Mahvel universe or various other fantasy worlds, forgive me if I don't believe you. I dreamt I was Spider-Man once, except I woke up and remembered that it was a dream, instead of jumping out of my window and gravity getting a taste of my face.

Astral projection.

Poppycock.

*sips tea*

Yes, quite.

I know someone who can do it. Takes him 5 hours of pure meditation, and it completely drains his energy, but he CAN do it. Pretty interesting to watch, you can basically see his body become rigid and empty while he floats about (I can't actually see him float, but still).

Your friend is now a millionaire. If you can perform that trick in front of a scientist, and using this floating, view an object outside a room while he meditates he wins one million dollars. If you are psycic you are a millionaire. Or you are a liar. Submit to their tests, if you are right you get the first scientific proof ever this shit is real and a million pounds. The only reason NOT to take this test if you claim you are psycic is because you are a liar. Show him the test. Its a free million.

I love this! Basically what you just said was "I know someone who can totally do it. Oh I cannot actually see him do it, and have offered no reasonable evidence to back up why I am so sure he can, but he totally can". I love this planet sometimes!

Also, if I was sitting in one spot for five hours I'd become stiff as well.

Yeah? Well I'm lactose intolerant, so you have no power over me!
Wait, he has the ability to control something you have a vulnerability to and that doesn't give him any power over you? That's the opposite of what that means.
Well, he can choke you using the milk you had on your cereal earlier that's currently inside you. Hell, he could probably move that into your bloodstream and make you some kind of milk-zombie.

A lactose intolerant individual, however, lacks that issue.

One has to wonder how you came to expect to be able to discuss a subject with no factual backing at all with a community which is in general fond of logic.
Particularly when you start off on the assumption that astral projection is a real thing that people actually do, apparently expecting no one to point out how that is as far from being proven as is physically possible.

You brought up a subject. Many people disagreed with you, and/or asked for proof of your assertions. You have not yet provided that proof, instead deciding to just pitch a fit and leave. You can stop posting, as is your right, but I'm pretty sure you can't just get a thread shut down because people are disagreeing with your opinions.
