Metallica, AC/DC, and Disturbed. Though I haven't heard all of their stuff, I haven't heard any that is truely awful (can't say teh same thing about GnR anymore after the garbage they called Chinese Democracy).

Mad Sin and of course anything the Jello Biafra has been a part of.
EDIT: There's also Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra and Kaizer's Orchestra

Pretty much all of Barenaked Ladies is good, ranging up to near-musical perfection.

The Beatles are pretty much all great too, except for one or two tracks (I'm not a great fan of Birthday).

Neurosis. They are and always will be the definition of sludge/post-metal.

Isis disappointed me when they broke up, in a way. But they did the right thing - going out on top.
Neurosis dominate, I agree. Mastodon, High on Fire, Primus, and Ministry have all been fairly consistent.

Enter Shikari.
Just... everything.
They did a gig for about £10 once. Went to it with a bunch of friends, and they played Destabilise before it was released and all but two of my favorite songs by them.

Uh....I don't think there are any.
Unless "Bad Album" can be stretched to mean "Less than half the songs were filler" or such.

In which case: Dream Theatre/Liquid Tension Experiment

I'd say Luzmelt but they haven't released a proper album yet <.<
