I can't believe nobody has mentioned the Legacy of Kain/Soul Reaver serieses. Good, good stuff. Pretty much anything Tony Jay or Jennifer Hale touches is golden, also.
+1 for truth.

Worst: Almost anything Ron Perlman has done... Conan, Turok, Afro Samurai

Lord Hood from Halo wasn't bad, his only non-toughguy bit.

The best I've heard comes from Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2. I thought the english voice acting was superior to the original Japanese, and the characters just felt real to me. Compliments to the casting director and voice talent, they did an amazing job.

The worst I've heard was from an obscure shooter named Castle Shikigami II. I seriously have no idea where to begin. The voice actors emphasize the wrong words in a sentence, some of them sound overly excited while most of them sound bored or just going through the motions. It actually sounds like they are reading from a script, ever heard the dumb kid in your high school class give an essay report? You're on the right track.

I actually enjoyed the voice acting in Battlefield: Bad Company.
I may not have enjoyed that game overall, but I found the banter to be refreshing.
Bioshock, obviously. The recordings were really well done. And the accents weren't horrible.
I like the voice acting in Fallout Three as well. Sure, there were times when it wasn't so spectacular, but atleast it sounded like they tried and were interested. Aside from the occasional typo in the dialogue...

Worst: Oblivion. The dry, monotone, identical voices of all of the characters got on my nerves.

Male Commander Shepard was fucking horrible.

Kreia will always be my favorite character and the voice actor masterfully does her job bringing across how awesome Kreia is.

Best - Any game with Yuri Lowenthall and Johnny Young Bosch. One takes his job very seriously, the other used to be a power ranger.

Worst - Any game without them.

Best: Tales of Vesperia. Just about every VA worked PERFECTLY with the characters(Except for a certain pink princess, but she was only slightly annoying). Plus Jade Empire gets a nomination too. Plus it had freakin' John Cleese, who voices Sir Roderick Ponce Von Fontlebottom, The Magnificent Bastard, who is epic in his own right.

Worst: Some of the voices in Tales of Symphonia 2. Don't get me started about Marta...
