Elfen Lied's theme will bring a tear to your eye once you watch the series.

I cried at the end of the series.I honestly cried.
And my vote goes to Elfen Lied as well.

Same here. When father and daughter finally had their reunion, a tear rolled down my cheek. I also had my heartstrings pulled when it showed Mayu's horrible past and why she became homeless.

As shoddy as the actual feature is, anyone who doesn't think the English Pokemon theme is the greatest theme ever (anime or no) is pretty much wrong.

Otherwise that Lain one wasn't so bad. The Ouran theme is pretty good too, if you like really gay lovely things.
