Oh it's gotta be Cowboy Bebop; it's just so good! Perhaps because it breaks from tradition of the usual cheesy J-pop stuff, but how can you not like it? Reminds me of The Venture Bros and the Lupin series.

Actually, it's funny you mention this: I can't stand the opening but find the rest of the anime tolerable. I do admit the first few episodes are like chewing nails. Haha.

Favorite song from Bleach.

This ending being the best in Bleach too. Well I haven't checked up on the later episodes as I stick to the manga now.

For Shaman King I found the very end song being the best one.
