Here in Japan it is nostalgia heaven because I can still buy games for the NES and gameboy for a fraction of the original price. Sometimes I find little treasures stocked up in the gameboy cartridge bargain bins.

I am relieving my last childhood because I few months ago I found legend of zelda: the wind wish followed shortly buy oracle of seasons and oracle of time...okay so the games are in Japanese but awwweeeesome. I bought all of them for about 500 yen each (pennies).

I found the original tetris for the gameboy the other day for 200 yen, the one with the three original soundtracks. I once found majora`s mask for the gamecube but that it pretty hard to come by and was sold as I rushed to the bank (doh!).

...Still not getting gameboy 3D. It is a lot cheaper here in Japan than the US and UK, about half the price even before the discount, but I do not like the way it monitors my gaming use and stuff.

I still use batteries for goodness sake. Plus the 3D make my head hurt.

Second hand is the best.

Worked at Play N Trade, it was in the bin of unwanted N64/SNES games and I grabbed it half off.

I miss my old Nintendo :(

Bard's Tale - 17.99, 15.99 and 7.99

Yes, I bought it three times. I give the extras to my friends, a cheap gift and a great game.

Many years ago, when it still had comparably good graphics. I managed to pick up planescape torment for 5 bucks.

I don't think I've found a better game for around that price, since.

At my Play N Trade, I picked up a PSOne and Mega Man Legends 1 for about $40! Not bad for those two things.

Halo 3, I DID NOT order the special $130 dollar edition, no matter what that damn game stop employee says...

It really is, when will the pre-order enthusiasts learn?

Pokemon Emerald for $0. I just found it on the ground in working condition and everything. Though the battery died from age, seeing as I found my version,I thought I could get rid of it for $15.

Jak and daxter 1 for $10, POP the sands of time for $10, chibi-robo and pikmin 1 together for $30, final fantasy tatics for $20, twisted metal 1&2 for $15, mortal kombat trilogy for $15, the legend of dragoon for $20, and GTA san andres for $15.

Needless to say I find a lot of good deals.

I think I got The Darkness for about 10 bucks, maybe less.

And also the many, many games I got off of Steam sales.

Stalker was $7, which was a steal.

Jak 2 was $3 at Walmart. I didn't even play the first one (got it afterwards used at Gamestop for $5) but I was all "GRAWRWANT!". The price tag was apparently wrong and they charged me $10 instead, but I complained the next day. Second time that Walmart did that to me x__x.

Actually, the 3 Jak games I have I got for under $15 all together. Not bad.

Red Faction: Guerrilla. I got it for NZ$19 and it gave me so much entertainment. Sure the story consisted of hey...this thing happened...alright lets...ummm...oh who cares just blow things up, but that was what was so great about it. Blowing things up never gets old.

Wolfenstein 2009.

That was one of the best FPSs I have ever played. Why? Because it actually felt like you were killing people! Not just "shoot here and this guy will die."

Arcade America, a platformer made by since-defunct Level 7 (the guys who made the Monty Python games). It introduced me to the Z/X/C action key format that I like to set up for my games, usually platformers or shmups.
