Best in game sequence

Whats been your favorite in game sequence of all time? Be it part of a cut scene, dying sequence, finishing move, whatever! If you cant decide on one post your top 3, I wont stop you.

For eg mine have been

1. Power cable zipline cutscene in Ninja Gaiden 1 (for orig xbox)
2. Transformation sequence in Quake 4
3. Totomeda (not sure how to spell it) sequences in Ninja Blade

Probably the bit in Half Life where the tentacle takes away the scientist, I frantically tried to save him, firing nearly 150 rounds of MP5 in the process.

As well as the entire Squad combat/Night Vision/Portal Cannon sequence in Opposing Force.

2. Transformation sequence in Quake 4

The only segment of a game to ever make me sick (it was the head probe).

Although I really liked the bit earlier on where a Marine bangs on the window asking for a sit rep, only for a Grunt(?) to charge up and punches him against the window. It struck because for so many other games it would have been a cutscene (Waves to Gears) but here it was apparently nothing out of the ordinary.

Funnily enough the one sequence that sticks in my mind as damn awesome (even though it made me want to scream after seeing it about a million times while playing the game) is the bit in 'Too Human' when the Valkyrie picks up your corpse and takes you to Valhalla. Just a great visual and fitting music to go with it.

Now add me to whatever government's de-population list you want. Let your agents come to get me... I'll fuck them up. All of them. >=D
