Best in game sequence

Probably the driving sequence at the end of Halo:CE, that's been at the back of my mind for weeks now, I need to go back and play that level again.

All of the Raiden fights in MGS4 were pretty freaking awesome too, I'm partial to the Vamp vs Raiden ones personally. I still need to get some to kill those suicide Gekko at Shadow Moses for me, so I can watch that battle unfold.

Then again, MGS3 was filled with more epic bits. The epic battle with The End, all those times The Boss owns you and all the times you own Ocelot. The final battle against The Boss was pretty amazing as well.

One that really effected me was the ending of Price of Persia: The Two Thrones.

The Scarecrow sections (not the platforming bits they`re a bit....meh)in batman arkham asylum all i will say is "use the center of the sticks to dodge the bullet"

I second this. But I liked the platforming parts as well as the cutscenes.

Resi 4's Krauser knife fight, for being so damned awesome and annoying at the same time.
Then COD 4, the begining of Charile don't surf. That was just awesome flying over a battlefield watching hundreds of RPG's flying up towards you.
