As for interactive intros, I choose Bioshock. The buildup to the first stage is just plain great, and seeing rapture for the first time always sends a shiver down my spine.

I really liked watching the slowly sinking plane wreckage too. The very fact that it is slow increases the feeling that you are losing contact with the familiar and have no choice but to embrace the strange place you find yourself in.

That's definitely a good one, that Nietzche quote never ceased to creep me out.
