Of course you can't forget the awesomeness that is DMC 3
LOL I was going to say Fallout 3 as well... and yeah that is a first. Although the Leisure Suite Larry games focused on the Opposite of that in the sense of coming in instead XDOoddude said:Fallout 3 1st game ever that you come out a vagina
True true.. oldie classics.. I still wish they made a Full Throtle 2 Although at least Sam and Max are making new stuff on gameflyWorgen said:I CAST JUDGEMENT UPON YOU ALL, while you have listed some very good introes I feel DISAPOINTMENT that I have not seen the the mention of Sam & Max http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yWnnk9fyJE or Full Throttle http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PktBJ6HpNJQ

I really liked watching the slowly sinking plane wreckage too. The very fact that it is slow increases the feeling that you are losing contact with the familiar and have no choice but to embrace the strange place you find yourself in.TheMadDoctorsCat said:As for interactive intros, I choose Bioshock. That's definitely a good one, that Nietzche quote never ceased to creep me out.Anachronism said:Baldur's Gate [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Kmmggc6jH8].
"He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster... When you gaze long into the abyss the abyss also gazes into you".
The quotation from Nietzche really helped establish what the game would be about, and the following cutscene set up the villain and the tone of the game brilliantly.
