Yeah, I ain't got much. Persona 4's been on this thread over 9000 times, thanks to all the Bitches and Whores.

You just had to make Adachi mad, huh?
So, Dark Cloud, any of the Tales games on the PS2, and Nocturne, I guess.

Also, Steambot Chronicles! You really should try this one. It's a quirky little game with something for everyone. Freely customizable steam-powered battle robots are the main attraction, and if that's not enough, there's everything from dungeon crawling and prize fighting to musical minigames and romantic subplots to get immersed in. Or, you can just screw it all and JOIN THE BAD GUYS! Seriously.
This really is a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the characters and plot unfold as awkwardly as any other JRPG, but it's also a rare case: a Japanese role-playing game where you're actually allowed role-play. For that fact alone, it's completely worth it!

I'd also suggest Okami, if there weren't a Wii version. Use the Wiimote as a Celestial Brush!
I just bought Steambot Chronicles the other day for $5!

Summoner. It was the first RPG I ever played where I believed the cities were real, living things. I'll never forget the first time I went to Lenele and got lost. Loved that game.
I'll check it out, thanks!

The only game I can think of that hasn't been mentioned is Tales of the Abyss. It's my favorite entry in the Tales series. I enjoyed Tales of Legendia too, but I hesitate to recommend it due to some flaws it has.

I also recommend all of the Shin Megami Tensei games.

Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2
Tales of the Abyss
Final Fantasy X
Rogue Galaxy

.Hack // G.U. Rebirth
.Hack // G.U. Reminisce
.Hack // G.U. Redemption
Kingdom Hearts
Kingdom Hearts 2
Suikoden III
Suikoden IV
Suikoden V

Those are my recommendations. I'd have more, but I've got a lot of PS2 rpgs I own but still got to complete myself.

Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance
Baldur's gate dark alliance 2
Champions of Norrath
Champions Return to Arms
Final Fantasy Series
Don't you need a subscription to play Champions of Norath, cause it's part of Everquest?
Nope. Everquest Online Adventures is the PS2 Everquest that has a subscription free, because it's an actual MMO.
Sweet, thanks! :D
Champions of Norrath is basically an Everquest-themed Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance with online multiplayer added.

It's not that good. May want to steer clear of it. Just an opinion from a lifelong RPG player.
Ha thanks for the heads up. Is it just bland or something?

I just started Infection, and right off the bat I'm liking it. The camera/move system is kinda weird though- do they change that in the later installments?

Yikes. For me, sometimes I just can't get over the art style of something and it ruins the whole game for me
Ha thanks for the heads up. Is it just bland or something?
IMHO yes. It's bland, boring and pretty damned generic. Not to mention downright butt ugly.

I don't think they change it later on, unfortunately.
