Worst sequal: Time Splitters 2
Best Sequal: Probably Call of Duty 4, or Resident Evil 5
Resident evil 5 is a best sequel, are you high?
Very much so. I just enjoyed the RE4ish atmosphere with co op
Scratch that, were you two high and resident evil 2 and 3 deserve better.

motorstorm 2 : added splitscreen and a more diverse environment and got rid of some of the bugs well made them less noticeable

killzone 2 : leaps and bounds better than the first one although it did get rid of split screen

( can stand it when developers dont put in splitscreen because how it affects the graphics i dont care about graphics )

Look im not saying that RE 2 and 3 arent very good games, and they dont deserve praise. I love those games, but i liked RE4 better. It was a revamp that was needed and it hasnt been matched by any over the shoulder shooter to date if u ask me. BUT it was missing co op which is something that i found exteremley entertaining with RE5.

Gah so many to choose from.

Metal Gear Solid 4 springs to mind for me.

It's a game created solely for the fans. The whole thing is one big fan service, hence why it's the perfect sequel. So much intricate detail on everything, great plot, great gameplay, great environments, can't find a thing wrong with it (apart from one or two cringe worthy moments in the plot).

No one has said this yet surprisingly so I get to be original and say Team Fortress 2.

Quest for Glory 2 (found a vga version released recently, glee!), Curse of the Azure Bonds (sequel to Pools of Radience), King's Quest 2, Doom 2 and a bit more recently, KotOR 2 and God of War 2.

I was always disappointed that Planescape: Torment and Vampire: Bloodlines never got sequels. How sweet would a world of darkness game be in the U3 engine? I reckon that douche who made gears of war would be able to do something pretty sweet with Werewolf.

PoP:Warrior Within and PoP:The Two Thrones were amazing sequels to Sands of Time, while Sands of Time was good for bring the franchise back, its sequels improved expontential on the puzzles and combat, making SoT look dull...

also Golden Sun:The Lost Age, epic sequel to already epic RPG

God of War II, Baldur's Gate 2, MGS3, Etrian Odyssey II, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (although 1 would be better if it had spindash).
