In the first Fallout I decided to kill everyone in Shady Sands (the first town). So I started in the fields and moved thru the town all the way to the doctor's house. At the doctor's house there was one child left. I shoot the child with a laser pistol and she glitches the fuck out!
Her body melts but her head flies up into the air and the game makes this hilarious balloon popping noise.
To this day I have not laughed that much at a video game.

WAY back in early release, as in October i decided to tak on, at the time what was the boss that was giving me the most trouble, the lvl 8 Gnoll Chieftain boss, at level 16, mind you, at the time, i was really not that good with Fiona, and even at twice the bosses level and the best gear i could get, it still turned into a 16 minute battle, even recorded it
so soon as i get it on youtube I'll throw up a link so you all can laugh at how much i used to suck

day 1 of the release of the Blood Lord raid, so, no one know how to fight this guy yet, and what do i do? talk my sis in to running him, with just me and her, and I'd not run it yet, yeah, it was brutal, took us 40 minutes of dieing (mostly me) to beat him, but you know what, its also one of my favorite all time runs, been meaning to talk her into doing it again, same boss, just, with what ever gear we have now (at lvl 64)

I remember one time when fighting a super mutant behemoth in fallout 3, the mutant hit dogmeat with his fire hydrant stick which caused dogmeat who was still alive to go fly directly upward a couple hundred feet, then when I had nearly beaten the mutant dogmeat came flying back down and was killed when the mutant hit him a second time. It was terrific.
Oblivion, I will set the scene. My Orc character was causally walking through the Imperial City when I was attacked by those Mythic Dawn assassins. That part is obliviously scripted. What happened next is the best thing. Two guards attack the assassin with broadswords and begin killing him. After a few swings the assassin is dead but one guard swiped his sword one more time and hit the other guard. For some odd reason the guard must have thought the other guard was attacking him so he fought back. Soon enough it turned into a street brawl were over 12 guards were fighting each other, 6 on each side. After about 10 minutes of fighting on side eventually won with one guard left alive. The best thing was that after the fight the one guard left looks around and says "Theres been a murder here". Never laughed so hard.
Once while playing online on GTA4 at a friends house with random other people I found myself riding down a motorway while being chased by a police helicopter being piloted by the other players shooting at me with machine guns. I'm not sure how it happened but it was awesome.
I do recall playing some Black Ops and sniping a poor fool as he held a Valkyrie rocket. But instead of killing him it hit the rocket instead and blew him up. That's the first and only time I got the medal for destroying a Valkyrie in midair.
My friend was playing the end sequence of Halo: Reach on Heroic, and he just kept fighting on for about 2 hours, at one point there was a huge lul in the combat and then the game froze, my friend turns off the Xbox and says "I think I broke the game," it was quite funny at the time.
For those that don't know, the end sequence of Halo: Reach is a huge battle where you bravely fight off wave after wave of the enemy until you die a heroic death.

One of my best recent moments was in Reach. I was in a party of four and we got matched up against a party of four for a TDM on Asylum. The entire match was a squeaker that had a pucker rating beyond imagination, as people were dying left and right and the point difference was never greater than 2. At the very end of it, the margin was 49-48 and we were losing, and in the space of ten seconds:
Two players on the other team had one of my teammates dead to rights for the winning kill. His shields were down and his health was in the red, he managed to get into cover and forced them to run up a ramp. I was hiding on the other side of the ramp with the shotgun. First guy ran up the ramp and I shotgunned him in the back. Before I could even pump the shotgun, the second guy ran up, directly in front of me and immediately targeted my teammate. I got a double kill and an assassination as the winning kill. Party chat absolutely exploded.
In review, the second guy had the headshot lined up on my teammate and was about to fire. We were literally a split second from losing the match. I still have that clip on my file share to this day.

Red Dead Redemption: My first real game online, me and three friends are mucking around in blackwater, trying to kill a player bounty.
Eventually we brought him down (Teamwork and Dynamite FTW!) And so we decide to head to Thieve's landing. And then we all get shot up by other players. And then again. Turns out, we had just murdered the leader of the posse, who had only been one kill away from completing the bounty challenge. The entire posse then began chasing me and my friends, who were all piled onto a coach and horses, and we immediately cry out the now immortal phrase "FLEE TO MEXICO!"
What follows is half an hour of running battles against the other posse before a final standoff at Escalera, holding the walls of El Presidente's palace against the guys who have tracked us across the country. I like to think we won. I know we eventually drove them off anyway....

I was riding my horse down to I believe Leyawiin, when all of a sudden, both a black bear AND a troll came and ambushed me and my horse.
As I fought the troll, the black bear went over to mutilate my horse. After that, he ran over to fight me. It was a long grueling fight and it wasn't until an Imperial Guard who was on patrol found me and helped me kill the troll did the battle finally end.
I then went over to my horse's corpse and grieved. After that, I continued my trip to Leyawiin.
EDIT: Also there was this one time on Halo 3, in which my team was getting massacred in a team slayer match. But I was able to pull through and help my team win by acquiring more kills than anyone else therefore. I believed I had at least 50 kills while everyone else on my team had 1-15.
