I was playing Just Cause 2 and the MPs were after me. I drove up to a cliff and parachuted out of my car and the MPs drove of the edge and exploded at the bottom. It was hilarious.

Legacy of Kain: Defiance. A friend and i had just cleared out a small room with a fireplace (or so we thought) and were looking around when suddenly an enemy runs past the lower corner of the camera, on fire and screaming. It literally lasted a second before he burned to death. It took us completly by surprise and we burst out laughing for a solid minute. Afterwards we tried to figure out what had happend, the room was clear when we started looking around so we concluded that the enemy must have spawned in the fire place which brought on another round of laughing

I remember playing the PC version of the game where a police car came round a corner and collided with me head on which sent me flying up into the air but before I could land I was hit up into the air by another police car, and again, and again... and again before I was finally on the ground and the car was wrecked. I wish I didn't uninstall the game or that computer died because I feel like rewatching the replay I obviously HAD to save.
Also in Romance of the Three Kingdoms XI, I had amassed an army and marched to capture a city, the quickest route? Across a plankway(or whatever the game calls them, basically a pathway beside a cliff that kills off a random number of troops every turn) which I thought wouldn't do much since it was much shorter than some of the other plankways. I'm halfway across and I realized that a huge chunk of my troops that I was marching were gone so I couldn't decide whether to turn back or continue on and if I could actually capture the city. I decided to continue on and managed to capture that city without any harm to any of my generals. (thank god for fire arrows and my tower unit)
Pretty much any time playing Dawn of War. Especially insane mode, goddamn the AI is a real ***** in that difficulty!
Also, it would be heretical to not mention Doom 2. There are moments when I'm suddenly surrounded by angry demons trying to kill me and then I have to pull out my Double-Barrel and hope that I get out alive.

Halo Reach multiplayer, I was perched at the top of a mountain with a sniper rifle. Six head shots later a tank gets me. I respawned and proceeded to go around the entire map avoiding enemy patrols along the way. Right there, as I was crouching behind a boulder, was my target with an enemy stronghold, 3 guards, and 2 support vehicles in my way. Running up I assassinated 1 guard without the others noticing, then I proceeded to take out the other 2 with a well placed grenade. suddenly the base had soldiers pouring out of it, like an angry bee-hive. I ran up to the tank, inserted a grenade and slowly turned around and walked away with a huge explosion and dead enemy soldiers behind me.
Most intense action in a videogame for a long time.

Aight, I got one. Battlefield 2142, in titan mode. Both our commander and the enemy commander decided they were going to try to move their titan to the center of the map. Usually the game stops the titans before they collide saying "thats not possible" or something like that. But instead, the game did not have that warning and both titans collided. The game lagged for about a second, and then our titan (with me inside) begins to go over the enemy titan. By the end we have 2 titans, one on top of the other, in the middle of the map. Then of course. The enemy titan just randomly blows up, disappears, and then the game doesn't end. Everybody just sat there, confused, and finally convinced the admin to restart.

However, the shield turned off, both of them. So there is no shield protecting the spawn point. OT: probably Halo 3. Not a big dramatic thing, like most of these, but funny. I was on multiplayer with a friend. we got a Rockets game, which we hate. The map was Narrows. Deciding to bear it out, we ran up a sloping section of wall near the back of the map where our team spawned. In theory, as long as we were so close to the spawn point we shouldn't have to worry about enemies being sent there. People running towards where we were hidden wouldn't see us til it was too late. We were picking people off, and after about five minutes, I heard this fully grown guy scream "The rockets are comin' outta the walls!"

Red Faction: I shot a giant smokestack at the base and brought it right down, except I failed to realize it'd fall towards me. Thinking quickly, I shot a rocket at just the right spot (out of luck), and the halves fell leaving my character standing, with one chunk behind him, the other landing at his feet.

Almost any time I play Halo I have an amazing moment. But one that sticks out is on Halo 3 the Scarab you fight in the desert. Me and 3 friends were playing all doing our own thing. My one friend is in the chopper and gets stepped on. This causes him to go flying across the map, and land on the giant wall lining the side of the map. When I saw him fly it was amazing and when I died and spawned on hi, it too was amazing
I was playing Prototype.
I was using the claws power and decided to use the groundspike attack on a tank. Apparently I had positioned it just right so that the tank flew up into the air.
Get this: A helicopter was hovering above the tank, shooting at me. When the tank hit the helicopter, it exploded. I then jumped into the air, ran up the side of the falling helicopter, switched to the blade in mid air, did a backflip and cut another tank in half.
It was beautiful.
However, I would like to recognize Frictional games for using this perfectly. Most of the things they didn't script, they just let the monsters roam free in a linear path, but not in a linear way. This led to some horrific moments that I shall treasure for quite some time.
I have also caused a zombieman to die all 3 deaths in the game: killed, gibbed, and crushed. I was standing in an open doorway and there was a zombieman in front of 2 explosive barrels, alligned horizontal to each other but vertically to him. I shot him with a shotgun, except with one side of the shells' spread. The zombie started his normal death animation, but within the last few frames, the second barrel exploded. He then stood back up and did his gibbing animation. However, the force of the barrel propelled him into the doorway and the door crushed his gibbed corpse. Note that this was all within the course of about 5 seconds, so I was truly impressed.
Another thing, now that I think of it: Quake 4 for the 360. I didn't care a whole lot for quake 4, but it really hated me. There were bizzare glitches all the time: sometimes rockets would randomly fly at me from the walls with no enemies/turrets to produce them. Sometimes I would simply fall through the floor and die. Once I just fell over dead for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

earlier today i was playing rainbow six vegas 2 on villa with two freinds in a deathmatch. i was walking up a hallway and i see a door shatter and my freind (A) run through it into the adjacent hallway. then i see my other freind (X)chasing him, firing with a shotgun. i started to follow them and fired at the X. he moved out of the way ,causing me to shoot the C4 thrown by the A, blowing up in mid flight and killing X. i then pulled out a raging bull and fired through the cloud of smoke, hitting A in the head and ending the match.
in the same match i was taking cover under a window of the kitchen on villa when A goes into it and says "ill make cake!" and starts shooting the random assortments of food on the table. i pop up saying "haylooo!" and blew his head off with a shotgun. then i got shotgunned by X who was standing behind A at the time. then A's C4 decided to explode and kill him too.

Killing one enemy with the spartan laser in Halo 3. The best part about it? a warthog with the rest of my team and the flag appeared right infront of the one enemy and i killed all 5 of them with that one laser. Fun times.

Seeing the car I needed for Chop Shop getting hijacked by a pimp which then lead to a massive brawl between pimps and Saints in Saints Row 2.
Easy one, our squad's best fight (that I was part of) on Chromehounds.
It was 4 of us vs 4 japanese guys. I was a commander mech, doing radar operation, communications linking and base defence. Another guy was with me, in an artillery mech. The other 2 were basically driving tanks.
I directed the two tank guys into the entire enemy team, where they killed 3 for no loss. The last enemy (a scout mech) tried to attack our base in desperation after running from the fight, only to run into our NPC mechs, my triple cannon and the artillery mech. It was funny.

CoD: I tossed a grenade back at someone, & it exploded just as it hit them in the face.
Age of Empires: I fired a ballista at the ground on the other side of the map, & just before it landed, they started building a wonder there, so when it landed it only had a few HP & it was destroyed. This gave me enough time to start building my own, so I won the match.
