i saw this as i was channel surfing one day and thought it was a mad tv parody. so 5 min. later and came back to it and saw that it was an actual tv show. some things you dont believe are real just because it's hard to grasp the concept of it

Oh my god what the hell was that. I may be catholic but I hope to never be associated with what I just watched. if you all think that's wierd then google this. Sunday school musical. I was walking through my local Civic (Like Australian blockbuster) and I saw it on a shelf. My friend was with me at the time so we picked it up and couldn't help butcrack up at the ridiculous blurb of the cover. Think high school musical meets religious propaganda meets the equivalent of your mum dancing to the Flobots. It was really that dumb-looking.

Our more hardcore brethren (For want of a better word) would eat a bucket of sick if the chunky bits spelled out brush your teeth.

Actually, alot of people say otherwise. Technically, Atheism is a belief in nothing, hence, still a belief.
*sigh* For the umpteenth time it is not a religion for something to be a belief you need to make a claim Ahteists dont claim anything its a lack of belief or disbelief in god thats all atheism needs, find the claim there. Now strong atheists who claim there is no god yes you can ostricise them like that they are making a claim without sufficient evidence or proof to assert the point like religion.

No. I'm not making this up. There is a show, on TV, about a Christian superhero called Bibleman.

Now, I'm for all relgion, including atheism. People can do what they like for all I care. This however, is mindboggling. I really don't understand how a TV show as forced and terrible as this has made it through not three, not four, not five, but TEN years of airing.

What are you thoughts on this Escapist?

Now go away!

Edit: Oh... I didn't see the bit at the bottom... I saw it there too and was foolish enough to believe it was a coincidence...

Yeah this is pretty bad... however the Arch Angels comic book series was really interesting... I wonder if they still publish that.

Wow, that is awful. Gotta love the second video though, it's so horrible it's awesome. Christianity is a bit like PETA to me, they keep doing things that makes them seem ridiculous.

Atheism is not a "belief in nothing". It's a lack of belief in a god or gods. This is not the same as believing in nothing.

Atheism is not a religion. It's the lack thereof a religion.

That said, the show seems somewhere between absolutely stupid and depressingly idiotic. A true monument to crap.

..."Par to the course" of tv-shows really... Just look at almost everything on TV these days... This is nothing out of the ordinary sadly.

As a side note: Yes, I saw this on You've Been Watching.
Didn't "The Venture Brothers" TV show make fun of this?

Bibleman is old news.
And who cares? It's just another way of entertaining kids with a message that suits and flows with their up-bringing.
It may not make sense to you, but that's because it's not for you! You aren't the target audience.
That was my thought as well.

Now that dang Shadow of Doubt song is stuck in my head.
Must... Listen.. To Slipknot.
