I know the original April Fools Day joke pre-dates Kung Fu Panda, but watching this, I just can?t stop thinking it?s a trailer for Kung Fu Panda 3. That could easily be Po's father.

Yet another WoW cinematic with no gnomes. When will the racial discrimination end?!

Also... meh, it's pretty, as all WoW cinematics are, but all in all it has the same problem as the original MoP announcement trailer - it's not intriguing, it's not epic, it's just Blizzard wanking over pandas and pseudo-chinese landscapes.

Its too bad because I would have liked a reason to ride around on my old ZA20 bear mount on my DK.
Zul'Aman was a 10 man.
Death Knights couldn't get it because it was removed from ZA when Patch 3.0 rolled around.
Don't lie so blatantly.

Cinematic looks nice. Blizzard's cinematics always look nice. Game's still stagnant as hell though so I'll pass.
Yes I edited the 20 man out earlier considering BC was so long ago and got its player cap confused with original ZG. Also mounts are account shared in the new xpac so when I earned it on my warrior back in BC I would get it on all my chars who possess the riding skill.

edit: mounts AND achievements are shared I should say to be completely correct although there are apparently specific mounts/titles not shared due to their difficulty to obtain.

Wow, Blizzard is really trying to make their games seem as repulsive as ever.

Thousands upon thousands of people complain that f*cking Pandas are too childish, and what do Blizzard do? Put up the trailer which seems as if it was a trailer for a kids movie, a bad one.

Sorry if I lost faith in you Blizzard, but this is just ludicrous, is it not possible to hire one single guy in the story department who actually knows how to write?
I'm not convinced they ever had any good writers to begin with... though I'm sure they're better off than the VO department. Oh lord.

Yeah looks alright for a trailer.
But as with all MMO's, the game play will be nothing like it.
Then again, I'm not a WoW fan so clearly my opinion is invalid.

Well I didn't know about account shared mounts so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on that one. I haven't been on to see what's changed since like, mid WOTLK era.

Well, now I'm pumped.

I wish they would have shown some of the other threats in pandaria, but I suppose that would take away from the Horde vs Alliance theme the're working on.

You know, I love Kung Fu Panda, so whatever. Maybe you weirdos would be less butthurt if you stopped walking into things ass-first.

The trailer looks fantastic, but fell a little short. It started out with lots of build up towards something epic, like previous trailers, but then then it turned cheeky and comical, like a bad Pixar film. Panderan can be played straight, you know. Even Po had his bad-ass moments.

The thing is... why China? How many Chinese play WoW? You should have tweaked their culture to be more Korean. You guys practically own South Korea anyways.

They can try forever, but nothing's going to top the glowing blue dragon-zombie. Compared to other representations of dragons and fantasy creatures, that one's just a bit special.

Next expansion, Lords of the South, which will unlock the new Bard class and unlocks the new Pengaran Race. Marvel at the frozen landscape and singing and dancing penguins. Participate in weekly flash mob dance to increase fish nodes.

Watch for future expansions of gunslinger mice in an old west setting and pony ninja's in pastel colored wonderland.

I dunno, I reckon a Turtle big enough to eat the aforementioned Dragon in one bite while carrying an entire zone (including several villages) on its back could give her a run for her money. Dragons are dime-a-dozen, Colossal Turtles significantly less so.

Blizzard really can't win. People have been asking for Pandaren since BC, and they've been a part of the game's universe since well before the Kung Fu Panda movie. Now they finally get it, and legions of children are bitching about "pandering to kids with Kung Fu Panda crap."

It's lame, and I think that despite the Diablo incident, Blizzard still tries to make quality games. But apparently all it takes in today's world is one mistake to end up on a permanent shit-list.

Oh I to keep bashing this same old drum, but some people are still not getting it. How can blizzard add the a big thing that was missing from the game and add the number one requested feature on the forums:

They do it both in this expansion.

Seriously Mists adds that eastern philosophy, eastern story telling, and design aspects that were sorely needed. Otherwise it would have been same old stuff we've seen in the past three expansions. This fit nicely well with the most requested feature and playable race: Pandaren.

When I was learning game development, I'd often go to the request forums until they got rid of them. Every two days, there be some post about wanting Panadren.

I've played the Beta, people can hate all they want, but this is a good expansion, ton of things different to do and keep people occupied. They couldn't get much better than this.

This is just the tip of the iceberg too, they have left a lot of story as to what is going to happen after this expansion, but I don't want to spoil that yet.

I think one could be forgiven for thinking the alliance and horde only still fight NOT for idealogy, acceptance, resources or sheer hatred, it's just for sport.

I mean, seriously, look at all the shit they've gone through together, helping eachother out through absolutely MASSIVE war efforts, only to stop others from killing their rival first.
it's insane.

Well you see people did want them to add Pandaren. But Kung Fu Panda came out so now they're too mainstream.

The scene where the human passes the spear to the orc without saying anything was just priceless...
