Weird, I personally would say Atkinson, John Riccitiello and Peter Molyneux....but that's just me.If you took the average hardcore gamer (you know, the sort that follows all the news and reads sites like this one) and asked them who their three least favorite gaming-related people were, it's a safe bet that you'd probably wind up with the following three: Michael Atkinson, Jack Thompson, and Bobby Kotick.
That's just too much for me to swallow. Why risk making something new, when we could just cash in on the old? It was a glorious moment for EA though, that company managed to save a lot of face, at Kotick's expense.Bobby said:"With respect to the franchises that don't have the potential to be exploited every year across every platform with clear sequel potential that can meet our objectives of over time becoming $100 million plus franchises, that's a strategy that has worked very well for us."
Three thumbs up at this statement. If you took the average hardcore gamer (you know, the sort that follows all the news and reads sites like this one) and asked them who their three least favorite gaming-related people were, it's a safe bet that you'd probably wind up with the following three: Michael Atkinson, Jack Thompson, and Bobby Kotick.
...Isn't that kind of like hating Bill Gates for Xbox fanboys?Veishan said:I don't mind Atkinson. I thank God I'm not an Australian, but he doesn't concern me.Michael Atkinson, Jack Thompson, and Bobby Kotick.
Thompson, Kotick, and Miyamoto are my three. Nintendo's fanboi legion has made me hate this man with a passion.
