there is no mention of video games or even a video game store. The refer to the location as Electron Boutique. I didn't even know there were any of those stores anymore. Didn't Gamestop buy them out and rebrand the locations? Guess not this one, but to the uninformed it probably just sounds like a Sharper Image clone.
Oh, and it sounds like he's really made a mess of the mall as the fire spreads.
I think Fox (and everyone really) will find joy in calling him a "home-grown terrorist." Everybody likes those kind of stories. Cue graphic: SUBURBIA IN FLAMES! FOODCOURT OF DEATH! MACY'S OF MURDER! With computer flames and dripping blood? Too tacky?

This is couldn't of come at a worse time. Movie Bob had just released his "Revolution" video, which is really quite informative and suggests alot of ways us gamers could better the industry, but also talks about Gamestop being a main cause of the decline of the gaming industry. Some politician will dig the video up and start bitching about it.
Those poor games. I mean I'm sure a lot of bad games were injured in the event, but a lot of good ones as well.

I live there and have been watching the news, apparently the guy is supposed to be a transient, bi-polar, and possible religious fanatic from stuff on his facebook. He also been linked to a walmart fire in sacramento. Right now I'm just pissed since I was supposed to start working at that mall come November.
This seems more like anti-anti gaming ammunition, if that makes sense. He didn't attempt to steal anything. From what the report says it seems he just waltzed on in and started lighting s**t up. Also what was the deal with the rifle I wonder?ultimateownage said:
