Not that hard it would maybe be equivalent to perhaps the accuracy you get when you are shooting from the hip, creating the illusion or perhaps even work as surpressing firing as well as creating the possibility of a perceived and real treath for enemies out in the open.m_jim said:As long as they can make a single player mode that stacks up to CoD4, they'll have my $60. I've played through the story mode several times and can't get enough of some of the amazing setpieces that they concocted.
How would you implement "blind firing" in a FPS? If you stay in first person mode, you can't hit anything. If you zoom out to 3rd person, then it becomes Gears of War. Not to mention that the whole concept of "blind firing" is a bit ridiculous and out of place in a game with aspirations to realism.Metonym said:"BLIND fire!" shooting round corners or from cover.
QFT. Along with usable vehicles in some multiplayer levels, this is what I'd most like to see. Although admittedly it'd be nearly impossible unless they started using a Rainbow6-like round spawning system.Arntor said:Destructible environments!
Why? Its there to balance the game, its irritating to constantly see posts like this, when people (who use stopping power) complain about Juggernaut; because if you were a good player you would not notice it (Headshots?).fish food carl said:and i would fucking burn Juggernaut. Seriously, I just quit when someone uses that perk, I hate it so, so much.
The semi-skilled guy. I get hit with maybe 1 out of 80 martyrdom grenades, the magnum doesn't matter, the flamethrower sucks, and the Thompson is really not that bad.J-Man said:I'm sorry, but who's going to win; The unskilled guy with martyrdom, a flamethrower, a magnum, and the PTRS.

I think his point is that it should be a no-contest for the better-skilled player.Longshot said:The semi-skilled guy. Really.J-Man said:I'm sorry, but who's going to win; The unskilled guy with martyrdom, a flamethrower, a magnum, and the PTRS.

I don't mind the theory of it. Having to put the extra bullet in a dying man who could shoot back etc. It's the fact that they can instantly spa bullets with perfect accuracy into you WHILE your shooting them and they are bleeding to death (if it were real life). SO I'd like them to make your aim really shit like after holding your breath on the sniper n your vision a little fucked like after a stun grenade. Not as bad as those but something near that.kdragon1010 said:I don't play WaW just MW. I still maintain that you know its there, you know how it works, its not like you couldn't use it yourself if you wanted, so to me it just seems like you're crying. If you wanted to suggest a way for them to make it more realistic (as the perk is supposed to simulate someone who is only wounded but not dead yet which incidentally happens a lot on an actual battlefield) suggest that they make it activate only randomly 50 percent of the time someone with the perk gets killed.Apone said:You haven't understood me here. in CoD:WaW I've been effectively sniped from across a field by a guy on last stand. I've riddled guys with bullets as they've died thinking this will stop the last stand happening as your doing the extra damage, but it doesn't. They get a little gap of time to fall to the ground where they can't die. And as soon as they are there they only have to pull the trigger once to kill you. Maybe your reloading, but sometimes I swear you unload half a clip into someone and the stupid system lets them shoot you anyway.kdragon1010 said:I don't know what you're talking about...I've played A LOT of COD4 and the pistol's have no impact on anyone past roughly 25 yards...which incidentally is about realistic of the accuracy limit of the pistols in that game, and if you don't like the perk try making sure someone is really dead before you run up on thier corpse or moving away from someone you just killed...always works for me.Apone said:Get rid of Last Stand. Why can a guy falling to the ground bleeding to death one shot you when you riddle him with bullets.
Oh and the pistol has no drop off so they can shoot you from a mile away in CoD:WaW's bigger maps.
Just get rid of it please. Or town it down.
Me I would not put in any of the gameplay scene's like the one where you're crawling out of the chopper after the nuke blast...sooooooooo boring
Don't get me wrong it's not every time. Hell I've shot a guy down then circle strafed his pistol shots and knifed him in rage (was my friend actually, he deserved it lol).
But eery now and then, it catches you out and they get a stupid kill when the bullets you've put into them should say different.
