Plenty of urges, some more talkable, some woudl get me banned. most people have urges, its just that sane people leave them as that - urges - and dont act on them.

I can not abide pristine fields of white snow. Something about them scream "I need footprints!"

Every winter I wait for the first snowfall, silently plotting their destruction.

watch out for people like me who think destroying pristine snow is a death senteance offense. no but seriuosly i get urge to stop kids from "ruining the snow".

i actually try to keep those on as lngo as possible up to the point of cutting of corners that start pealing so the middle one wouldnt get "unstick". i know this is elss of an urge and more obsession but hey.

(Yeah... Most of my "urges" come from fucking up the fictional world more than the real world... I mean, why fuck up a world I live in instead of a world I would NEVER live in?)

I too feel the need to get rid of hangnails, though I've learned that a nail clipper works wonders on them. Before then, well...

Nail clippers always leave that horrible stub at the end though >.<

I don't bother putting it on any more because as soon as one cracks or chips, I start picking it off until there is none left.

Ooh, I do this. But I do it almost as soon as the nail polish goes on. I just can't help it! So I never wear it, not that I'm the kind of person to wear nail polish really anyway.

OT: So many destructive urges but I somehow manage to avoid acting on them. Unless they're about how to ruin my own life. That I'm an expert at!

- Crack every joint in my body.

Each finger, both wrists, neck, shoulders, collarbone(only works sometimes), lower back (ditto) and ankles. I can do knees too, but I have to be lying face down, so it's not usually practical.

If someone gets grossed out by it, I do it even more deliberately and with a bit of flourish.

- Also, the randomly punch people thing. Although in my case it's a slap, since a punch could actually injure someone. I don't want to cause injury, I just want to know how people would react.

- Oh, you know that thing people do when patting a dog or cat, where the sorta pat them roughly around the ears and make the ears flop about? I sometimes get a weird urge to do that to people. Usually people on the cuter end of the scale, pretty girls, little kids and such.

- Lastly, you know how if you get badly sunburned the very outer layer of skin starts to peel. Yeah, I find peeling it off myself to be oddly gratifying. It's like popping bubble wrap. Except people will freak out if they see you doing it.

whenever i've finished eating or drinking i always get the urge to just throw the plate/bowl/up as far as i can and watch it smash on the ground, i also (like many other people) get the urge to hit random people but this may be because i listen to my music while i walk and daydream about.....certain things which if i told anyone i would probably embarrass myself!

when I get depressed or highly stressed I sometimes get big eating/buying urges. Like today i have had a bad week so i went and bought both GTA 5 and SR 4 just to feel like something good was going on in my life currently.

Whenever I see a person holding a tray of food or a cup of coffee, I really want to knock it out of their hands and just keep walking.

Someday, I'll do it. It's on the bucket list.

Buttons, I must push them. Especially if they have a sign that says "DO NOT PUSH". Its like asking me not to think about elephants which of course I'm going to do. I do have some impulse control issues but the button must be pushed. Also a reason why I would never accept the responsibility to have the "Push button to destroy the world" anywhere in my vicinity.
I'm honest, I don't want to destroy the world but the button is just too damn tempting.
Hold on, there's a snake in my apple tree that i'm not supposed to eat from offering me an apple...

Also I do get the urge to lunge-kick random people in the face. Its totally out of character for me, I am not violent but sometimes I just want to unleash a full body-weight kick to the face.
